App stopped working with Moto device before it was Outstanding. I still give them 5 stars because of the phenomenal customer service!
Decent app, could use some updates. Need more features like Bill pay, easily view past statements, and history ranges searched to find a specific charge.
App often fails to open. It suddenly stops accepting login credentials and fingerprint login. Very frustrating and this is the only app I have that gives me this problem.
The app is great, whenever it actually works. Which is hardly ever. I constantly have to drive to my bank rather than just check the app. Not worth it. You're better off banking elsewhere
This app is so easy. It helps me identify my purchases and keep track of my accounts. I can manipulate my accounts at will from home as I rarely go to the bank in the city. Thankyou!
When it's working it's very slow. Takes 3-4xs to not get " an error has accured, please call for assistance".
Such a convenience! Would be lost without it. Makes transferring money so simple and quick.
Won't even open most the time. Hasn't worked at all in over a month, just closes as soon as it's open.
I love this bank and it's banking app. So easy to use. Always keeps me up to date on everything.
I have to restart my phone almost every time I want to use the app. But when I can get in it works good.
the application is very basic and does not have a lot of features that other banks have of mobile banking
Easy to use, but for some reason I do not have a deposit button option at all. I use a Nokia 6.
Constant password updates even a couple days after having updated
I really enjoy using the app it also is easy to navigate

Midsouth is the worst.never have I had so much trouble with one bank.

Allows me to view my account and works when I need it. I don't like having to change my password so often but, other than that the app is ok.
