It's decent. It works sometimes and sometimes it don't. Once it stop signing me in, I uninstall the app and reinstall it in order for it to work properly again. That's a problem. I have banked with another bank and never had problems with their app like this. The constant crashing is highly annoying. Other than that once in the app is easy to use and navigate through.

Worst app ever! Downloaded app, signed in, agreed with privacy statement...then nothing! The screen went blank. Closed the app, opened again, had to go through all the steps again only to have it go blank again in the same place. How could this possibly be useful?

The only thing missing now, for me, is the option to make SWIFT deposits and to view more than 42 often. No statement views. Extremely limited app! No statements, no swift deposits, only one page of transactions to view. VERY LIMITED.

Never works. Half the time the app takes forever to load when I have great internet service. If I had a choice I would use another app. So frustrating I want to switch banks just so I don't have to deal with this app

Its as if the developer has never had a bank account. There no alerts you can create for direct deposits or balance. even the most elementary app provides previous transaction history. I'm glad this is not my primary Bank thank u Robins Financial credit Union for being so awesome. Developer should get an account at Robins just to see how a real apps should work. 🤦🏾‍♂️

App is not real easy to figure out and that is when it is working. Many times remote deposit will not work.

It works well for me. I just wished i could see more of my transactions than 10 before they drop off and if it showed info on loan besides just the balance it woukd be even better.

very crude and dated cant do much on it..cant name each acount, cant manage your debt cards, doesnt show routing # / direct deposit info, no push notifacation alerts for deposits / low balances / withdrawl ect, basically all you can do is see how much is in the account...

Terrible!! I have an acct with Midsouth and Robins Fed. Robins is awesome...Midsouth is less than basic...like seriously lacking. Please Midsouth go look at some other banking app (shoot give me a call and I'll walk you thru my Robins app). Please please improve !!!
