It used to work but as others have found it has stopped following upgrades. It did what I wanted just showed the tag code but no more.
Does what it should do. But I'm missing a feature like "Batch scan" to create a list of id's I scanned.
The only one working properly
it does what it states, it reads card numbers
Initially on Galaxy S9, I couldn't get it to capture the tag because a system app called "Tags" continued to take priority. After a system update this seems to have been resolved. However, if any other NFC applications are installed, these apps take priority. "Mifare ID reader" doesn't show up in the list of defaults when the tag is scanned so it can't be used. I used to work around this on my old handset by disabling other NFC apps when I wanted to use "Mifare ID reader", but Galaxy S9 doesn't give me the option to disable, only to uninstall. It would be awesome if you could get Android to include your app in the list of NFC apps when a tag is scanned. Searching for intent-filter in the MifareClassicTool repository looks like it may help you here.
Being using this application for around a year without any problems. Since the latest update it now does not work and tries to open the S Health app on my Samsung S6.
Doesn't work. When presenting a mifare classic the app ignores it
Last version was good and fast. New look but take time to reader.
not working. S7 Galaxy 7.0 Android
Hi, oreo it stop working. Please update.
Not working. Its not scanning my rfid tag
After update this app to latest version at m Samsung Galaxy Note 5, when i scan a Mifare tag, it doesn't show any decimal...pls check it...
Very good basic app, saves loads of time, just reads mifare cards, morning more and nothing less. Saves having to buy a special card reader just for checking ID numbers whilst at work.
Did not require extra permissions, read the mifare number as expected
Automatically show decimal value of mifare card.
Work in reading the card number in decimal format and display on screen. It would be great if it can be use as an input for any field where the cursor is.
