Explore the special Outdoor scenario to find treasures, but remember, you have to overcome different challenges and risks in this process.

- Six scenarios: Entrance Floor, General Departments, Laundry, Baby Care Floor, Lab & Treatment Floor, Outdoor
- Entrance Floor: where the ambulance stops; a patient registers in the reception room; the emergency room is equipped with varieties of medical apparatus and instruments for diagnosis; anyone can buy a bunch of flowers in the flower shop for his or her visit to a patient.
- General Departments & General Nursing Floor: where Gastroenterology Department, Ophthalmology Department, Dental Department and general consulting rooms are located, which are equipped with more specialized diagnosis tools.
- Laundry: where cleaners are busy doing the laundry; let’s applaud for them.
- Baby Care Floor: which is equipped with necessary tools for baby care and common devices in the obstetrics and gynecology department.
- Lab & Treatment Floor: there are various tools in a real hospital, such as bandages, sickbeds, wheelchairs, etc. Mysterious ingredients are used in the lab to create capsules having among effects.
- Outdoor: don’t touch any discarded objects, for they may make you get into troubles. Please keep cautious.

Nearly everything in the game is locked, which is a shame as I was looking forward to the baby care unit. Also there is only one thing unlocked which is the main hospital. Not a lot of people have money so please make more things free! Other than that, the game is ok just please make more things free! People can't get money easily and it's just not fair. Maybe for a certain amount of time, a place could be unlocked for say, 3 days, then it will be locked again.
The game is great and all but there is only one place unlocked which is disturbing. It would be better if you gave two options which is to by the full game or to unlock the full game for a limited time by watching an ad.
Yeah no. This game was fun at first. I tried going into different places but it's locked in wouldn't spend my money on a trash game like this! All the characters are locked at least let us some!! This game is so bad, toca boca is better then this stuff. There's barely anything to do! Wouldn't recommend this game tho, maybe you can let us have more places then I'll switch to 5 stars. I love this game, but my only concern is you have to pay for the places you want to go, and for the characters. I think if you made the the things free more people would like it. You could add in limited characters then that would be better with money. Apart from that, I think this app is really good for young children.
I rate it a 3 stars actually it's pretty good but.......I AM shocked only 1 floor??if you don't wanna pay its a not very fun game.....but it would be a much better game if you do this,like example:you will unlock all the floors if you watch an ad but you only have 15 minutes,that would be way better than having literal only 1 floor, hope you see this and thank you.(sorry for my bad grammar I didn't really know what to say)
Ok like this game was good, but then i clicked on another place in the game and discovered it was locked. And 4 bucks? nah. Toca boca is so much more worth the money. plus there is a free toca boca app that includes all the places plus more.
Free, you call it? I'm pretty sure this is not free. There's no point in installing the game. Can't play with it properly. My twin brothers want the full version of this game and they expect me to pay the price. I'm quite not sure why a game like THIS would need money. To people who see reviews and then install miga games,please ,go check out the Toca Boca Games,because they rock!! They also need money, but, making food is sooooo much easier! I recommend not to install this game!😡😡😡
I've been looking for a good hospital game for ages and this seemed like the perfect one.its not.you can only use the first floor and you can't unlock the others without paying.no ads to unlock it,not even for 20 mins.overall,if you would make more floors accessible I might re-instal it.
this game doesn't allow you to any of the departments except the main first floor without paying. it doesn't let you go to any other levels except the first level. bad review.
love your games and I can see that you put a lot of hard work into making your games , but I think it would be much better if you put adds to unlock the places (maybe for 20 minutes its unlocked ,and then you watch another add to unlock it again) 💖💖💖
Seems like a fun game but you don't get practically anything without paying for the full game - a feature where you can watch an ad and unlock the different places for a certain amount of time would make this a much better experience.
im so sorry but i cant think this is a successful game cause it needs to always pay for people to unlock and the places! when you forgot and like put your character in the paying people corner you wont get it back!!!! pleasr do not install it just needs money its a scam game!!!!
This game looks nice and all but come on man. Really need to update this game. You only have one place to go to. open up the baby area give us some homes and let us be able to design our own avatars. Give us some babies stuff.
Omg! Thsi could be the worst game ever Cuz only one place is unlock and the rest of the game is locked like you have to pay real money for it. Unbelievable Soo many people have described this issue and still no response. :(
I hate this game!!! There is only 1 room that is allowed and it is really boring I do not recomend this game to anyone plus it dose not say that you need to pay for this game, it doesn't say on my phone that you need to pay for it, pls fix it, like in fact I played this game and then I tried all the houses and guess what I'm only allowed 1 boring hospital it is a small room in it and you have only 6 characters and all the other ones you have to pay!!!pls fix that, that's why I give you 1 star.
This app is was very boring. There was only 1 place that was unlocked where I could play in without spending any money. I also onlyhad like 4 or 5 charecters to play with while the others were all locked. Please make an app with more playability to people who dont want to waist their money on this game...
This app would of been more fun if most of the places were free. Some people like me cannot pay for these thing which makes it extremely difficult to enjoy. I would play if you didnt have to pay money to unlock different rooms. Not worth dowloading if u cant pay
It was great except all the locks. It's not easy to get money why not have a button that we push to unlock it for like 3days then locked again other than that i love playing it. Please answer my request and add it to all your games.
It is a very good game but it's a waste of time to download you can only get one place I know the pictures looked legit but my cousin came running to me after I downloaded the game saying Arielle Arielle guess what you have to pay for the rest of the game you get one room I was devastated to that was such a waste of time to download the game don't even try to it's so boring after quite a while yes it is fun but boring after a while I don't think it's a good idea to download this but if you want
It's a nice and cute game but if maybe you could make an option to watch an ad so you can get everything free for about 10 minutes. And also maybe all of the characters could be free. Other than that, it's a very good game.
It cost too much. I understand that you need money, but atleast make the school and hospital free. It's such a good game, but most people can't afford to pay for the games their child wants to play. So I think if you make two games completely free then you could still make money off of the other games. I don't think you are going to read this, but if you do please reply.
This game is chash have to pay for everything except for the hospital so I think Toca Boca is better the original one no hate please and thank you but I really don't like this game they have more games like this one and it's called the same thing but not the hospital version I wouldn't play those ones either because you still have to pay and it's just a waste of time so button Toca Boca if you have to pay for some things like it's only like 1.99 2.99 or 3.99 and and Toca Boca you get free gift
I have a little bit of fun but...there's aren't that much place. Can go and I can't even costomize my character cuz I have to pay for the places why do we have to pay this is a kids game they should be free to go to place they want to go but just do we need to PAY????!!!
If I could give this a 0 star I would cause all the floors are blocked and I don't have the money to pay for it cause I don't have a credit or debit number 2 it's a copy of toca life world number 3 just don't get it they try to make it seem awesome but there's millions of gamepasses it's very sad cause my daughter always wanted a hospital game so save some tears get toca life world
this game is okay, but i HATE the fact that it does not let you change your style, doesn't let you go on any floors for free execpt the lobby and you only have about 5 people. Also its basically copying toca boca. and dont get me wrong i love this game, but the fact that on most of your games you only have a few places to go to and you don't get to change your avatar, just makes it horrible. So i suggest you change it please because at the moment thats the problem with most of your games.
