Might and Magic: Elemental Guardians – Battle RPG

it isn't the type of game I expected from a Might and Magic title, having played the classic Might and Magic games on pc for quite a while..... it's just a turn based battle game like there are many on the play store .... true, this one has beautiful environments, detailed characters (although very generic for most ones, I hope this changes if I continue to play the game) ..... on the downside, it crashes for no reason now and then, hence the 3 stars note

Great game with even greater potential. Although the concept behind the game is awesome, you being a student and being able to summon monsters to fight, there could be some amazing adjustments to the game. The monsters are awesome, but the pull chances are sometimes disappointing. We have to work for something, i guess. Another improvement would be to the storyline. I feel like there could be so much more added to the story missions to really round out the game. I finished the storyline within the first month of having the game and had a feeling of "what do i do now". Don't make it just a game to collect monsters, but give it more depth with more adventures and new enemies. As of right now you can't customize your avatar. This should also change. Allow us to be able to collect gear for our avatars...maybe even allow that gear to have additional powers that we could add to our staff powers. There could be events that could unlock some cool, powerful gear. The loadout for our monsters is a little frustrating when you have the side scroll through a single line of monsters. The filtering system is good, but maybe change so we could have a vertical view of our monsters. Example: character bubbles on the left and the 3D monster on the right with the runes and what not. The different events that come out are awesome! The stone festivals are worth saving up for and the different dungeons are great pretty fun too. Not a big fan of the skins, but its definitely a start in the customizable direction. All in all its a great game with even greater potential!

This game has a potential. However it is very buggy. I had to skip a tutorial, because it kept crashing every single time. Then the game crashed as I started a beginner fight. Then I tried a fight on floating Islands, and I could do it, but the fight went without any sound, only with a music. So the game require way more work before we can play it. My phone is Nokia 9, so it is not a poor hardware issue. 1 🌟 so far.

I really love this game. However, there is one thing I find strange. If you increase the duration of any harmful effect once that effect hits the target again, it gets back to the original length or even lower than that. E.g. blinded for 2 turns, increase it by one, you now have 3 turns, if you hit it with a different unit that blinds for 1 turn, it gets from 3 turns down to 1. Not sure if this is intended but it certainly isn't a fun addition while playing.

The game is cool and kinda addictive. The graphics are nice but it's somewhat laggy a bit especially in the battle scene. I also have problems in the battle sequence. The fight sound effects are not there if you know what I mean. I find it not enjoyable if there are no sound effects in the battle thing. Please teach me how to fix this or if not, please fix this on another update. Overall, good game. 3 stars for me

it's a game. first off it crashes on me a lot. I have a Note 9 so what's up with that? second the in-game purchases are absolutely insane. they try to charge you $10, $20,$50,$100 for less than a 1% chance at anything good. the game kills time but realistically it's just a repeat everyday. unrealistic goals are put out to push you to spend money. AVOID falling for it.

I like the concept, but there are some issues that keep me from truly liking this game. The gameplay, although not very original, is clean and fun. The graphics are good and fit the genre. I like the idea of being able to create and customize a character, but the lack of options makes it less interesting than other games. The game is also very generous in handing out monsters for you to use, but they're all so generic and unremarkable that you end up not caring. I eventually reached a point where I was forced to start grinding to level up my monsters so I'd be able to beat the next levels. This made the game so boring that I ended up hating the experience entirely. This was made even worse by the fact that occasionally the game would not register my input or get it wrong. This game is just a mess of mediocrity, frustration and repetition. It's going to need a lot of work to convince me to come back to play. At this point I would not recommend playing this unless you really like this genre and can handle a lot of boring, repetitious gameplay.

It's fun, but there are some serious issues for me. First off, the UI doesn't even use the entire phone screen. The map is centered on the screen, with the UI just on the outside, leaving nearly an inch on each side. This makes it hlvery hard to see (because it overlaps) and it also makes it too small to see. There's also no indications on what certain buttons do. Like adding runes to a monster is a super small icon. The game also has a massive pay feature. $40 for a few coins and chests? No.

Well done devs! Awesome game! I like everything about it. From graphics to game play, everything is top notch. Creative and cool toons. Minimal nags for purchases. Plenty of rewards, (especially for noobs to the game. The achievement system is exceptional and well designed 👍). Been playing for several months, haven't had to drop a dime on it to be competitive, although buying some gold would have saved some time, there is really no need to enjoy everything this game has to offer. Truly the benchmark for how games should be marketed as "free to play". Download it, give it try. You won't regret it!

There's a bug with evolving at the moment (2000hrs 08/11/18) where the names don't appear for the evolved creatures... please fix it ASAP so that I can use a tier list before I waste all my xp on crappy monsters. I won't be back until this bug is fixed. Fantastic game otherwise. Since I have to make an Ubisoft account to get support for this game, you lose a star for each category.

Fun game until the frustrations make you want to look for something else to play: When trying to upgrade glyphs your attempts will fail 80% of the time (especially higher levels), but each fail still deducts the cost (crystals).. So your crystals disapear infront of your eyes, yet you don't get the upgrades. Also the match making in pvp always match you up with unbeatable opponents.. You have a choice of 5 opponents, all of whom outrank you to an unbeatable degree.. It will take months to get enough creatures leveled up, through pure grinding, to create competitive, teams with complimenting and diverse enough powers. A lot of potential, but too frustrating on these points.

Was really loving it until.... OUT OF SYNC Your game is out of sync with the servers. You will be disconnected from the session and returned to the title screen. This occurs when I attempt to perform my first evolve. Please fix this... Not to get all negative since I do like the game but I'm thinking if this issue was interfering with the flow of cash from the game you guys would be tripping over each other scrambling to resolve the issue...

I've tried this game a few times over the past year, but can't get settled into it. The graphics and animations are really well done, but unfortunately, it's just quite boring. You're solely levelling up and changing up your team, rather than doing much interesting. Plus summon rates seem to be very low, and they don't give you many summons in the first place. It needs more events and daily tasks with a bit of variety. Uninstalling again, sadly.

I read the reviews before i installed this game about ad pop-ups and shrugged at them. The game itself is very solid, but I learned quickly how valid their gripes were. Takes me a few seconds to load back to the island every time, then a few more seconds to load a series of pop-ups for in-game purchases which will pop in your face every time without fail, then a few more seconds to wait for them to dismiss. That cycle is going to get VERY OLD VERY FAST and drive you insane eventually, I quit

The game is held back by stupid amounts of grinding, as in order for a unit to attain a high enough level to be usable in some fights, you have to rank them up. Which, is essentially a prestige system with the payoff of an increased level cap. So you have to level a unit to max, only to sacrifice other units, so the 1st one can be reset to level 1 but gain the new cap of (previous cap +5). Other than that, gameplay's not bad. But it's basically Pokémon, with microtransactions.

been playing this game for about 10 days. It is alright. Lots of things to do. However, the repeated spam of buying stuff that pops up every time you return to the home screen is annoying. I will more than likely uninstall just due to that. If I like the game, I will go to the store and I will spend money. You DO NOT need to ram microtransaction popups down my throat.

The game is fairly well balanced, the graphics are absolutely fabulous, and the story line is challenging enough. The major drawback the devs should look forward to taking care is the duplicate guardians that we receive. They are practically no use, considering the skill ups. Please do that and it's a sure thumbs up for this game.

I really enjoy the game. I only have one request. Could you please remove the feature where buffs disappear with every new wave? It is extremely frustrating if you have a whole team with full buffs, and they disappear with every wave you face. Other than that, the game is awesome, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I saw a friend playing the game and it looked cool so I downloaded it, but the game crashes in the tutorial loading the first battle. I don't really want to skip it and not get the information. It looks like, from another comment in March, that this was supposed to be fixed. Has anyone found a solution? I have a galaxy s9+ with tons of space(30GB) and memory(3GB)so there shouldn't be a problem there.

The base game play is fun, although there isn't a lot of help for the daily missions and all the variety that entails. Also, the arena is very frustrating: if you were matched against people around your power level, it wouldn't be so bad. But being forced to fight others much higher than you results in you losing standing and isn't fun; and since you have to fight in the Arena 5 times for a daily quest, it is something i try not to think about as I set it to auto and just lose quickly.

Good game but a very annoying bug... When connected to bluetooth (speakers, ear buds, car, etc.) the sounds comes on when disconnected from bluetooth regardless if the sound is off in settings or not. It's very annoying... So whenever bluetooth is lost or disconnected the game plays at full volume until you back into settings and re-mute it...

I dont know what to rate this game because I don't want to start until it stops immediately disconnecting me from Google play to save my progress. It tells me to connect to safeguard my progress so I do and it says "Welcome Chris" and that it is connected but half a second later, it disconnects me and asks me t reconnect. I've seen some reviews and comments on forums that quite a few people are having the same problem. I would love to play this game but I don't want to start playing and pay for stuff that won't get saved because of the possibility it won't save my progress. If this is fixed, I would give a better rating.

Great game so far. A lot of things happen right as you begin which can be confusing and over whelming but all in all not bad. Needs better character customization, if you're going to offer it make sure it's worth it. Turn based combat seems fluid and enjoyable.

This game plays fine..until i enter arena. Crashes constatntly!! Does in other battles but is the worst in arena. Battle doesnt even have a chance to start then is an automatic loss making it impossible for win streaks, missions, and rewards. Cant tell you how many times i cant collect any rewards because of this. Thats the point, to collect these rewards and progress further in game but cant because of this. So frustrating! Needs to be fixed. Ive already contacted support and still no fix.

The game looks amazing, the animations are great, but there is a part of the screen to the right that is not visible at all. I am using a Huawei P30 Pro, and I think its some kind of an aspect ratio problem, but it makes the game UI not very user friendly. Which is very sad, I was hoping that this game will beat others in the same genre. Maybe would give it another try when they fix this issue.

After playing this game for 2 years. I've progressed more and more and the game seems stale. The monsters in this game aren't balanced well and using the magical staff to conquer content seems a bit weak. In the arena it seems like all you have to do is use alot of control and wait for the magical staff to finish what you couldn't. The game looks great on the surface but it needs more game modes and better balancing.

I stopped playing for awhile but started up again. I am enjoying it a lot. Great graphics and game play. It is fun to level up creatures and change their skills around. Not using money. Not yet. It takes a little longer but I don't mind doing it.
