Might & Magic Heroes: Era of Chaos

This game's a little P2W, but not too much. You can feel the grind at later levels once it starts to take a while to go through all the daily activities. Personally I'd prefer having less activities - perhaps moving some from daily to weekly - for more collectibles, as there are a few activities too many and I'm still waiting for those final 2 factions. The best thing about this game is the nostalgia from the legacy Heroes universe, which we've all been waiting for since 3DO closed its doors.

It pains to me to realize that I have spent way more than I should. Everything in this game is pushing towards spending (overpowered heroes, paywalled units, overpriced diamond packs...), which makes one think that it is normal to spend a lot even little by little to "stay competitive". I understand that's the way mobile games work. But I don't even have the thrill to revive the "might and magic" announced in the game because my favorite faction -dungeon- is, of course, paywalled.

So far I really enjoy the game, the amount of content is insane but it's drip fed to you at a steady pace so that you never feel overwhelmed. I'm a massive HoMM3 fan so at first I was put off by their use of that games sound effects, and while it's nothing like the classics, it is a great game in its own right, reaching the perfect balance when it comes to progression without forcing you to pay more. It loses two stars as Google achievements are completely broken which is a big shame.

Was pretty good until the training. The mission "Best time" is impossible. It's impossible to do it on your own and you have to look up a tutorial. And you have to place the troops in a specific spot that's really weird and use the spell frame perfect. And I still haven't done it after trying for over 30 minutes. And the fact this problem has been around for a year is worrying. Why should I give a good rating or spend any kind of money if you can't fix a simple mission that for over a year.

Really...music makes you excited thinking of the original game. You think wow, is the game back finally. Once you start the game, all the good stuff you might have been thinking - non existent. Cartoon inspired theme with ridiculously childish voice greets you. Rest of the game got nothing to do with original game. Music theme is original and cool past times. Rest is a huge disappointment 😞. Uninstalled.

Well, had issues in the past with getting this game to start, so I left, but gave it another shot, and seems they have addressed the issue and got to play the game and it is amazing. Not the free roam I remember, but same concept and gives me nostalgia. I love it.

Great and fun game until you get to the heart of the game, PvP content. This is where the game has a balancing problem with heroes (specially hero Gem) and since the game is based on strategy fights... one can see how 1 hero that bypass all strategy with huge Overpowered abilities that make the team immune while having the highest damage aswell, can ruin games. save your time, money and look elsewhere.

First, it could be a fairly complex and entertaining game (for a mobilgame). Yes it is pay to win, as all similar games, BUT this one also forces you to play the flavor of the month (and "month" here means half or a whole year) faction or you will only lose each day, every day, good luck to counterplay teleport+invulnebrality combos. So, balancing is barely exists/painfully slow, some factions get buffs, new units and heroes almost mothly, while others left to rot since release (including p2w).

The game is a lot of fun, and I don't want to put it down at all The only downside thus far is that it feels like it's very difficult to progress if you don't spend. A lot of players excel much faster because they like to spend Other than that, fun

Basically addicting. Pretty good as far as free resources. It's possible to do/get almost everything free, it just takes a while. As long as you I derstand you aren't likely to touch top 10 unless your a whale. I really like it.

Love this game. great nostalgia factor for endless hours of PC versions. However, haven't been able to login for 2 days because of some connection issue with Facebook and the company has yet to fix it. Will give 5 stars again when I can play again.

Reminds me a bit of my childhood, when I was playing Heroes II or III, with a bit of extra to it, by developing your units instead of growing numbers. Interesting system of play and cute world to dive into. So far I like it alot.

Had fun in the beginning really, over all still fun. MAY keep it but I'm on the fence, really over pulling single pieces of a low tier monster [1 out of 30 pieces mind you] everyday on your free GOLD pull. I understand it's free but still...a SINGLE PIECE of a LOW TIER monster....yeah that's getting annoying....

Dear developers, I'm very sorry, but I have to deliver another disappointing remarks. I liked this game franchises very much but AFTER THE RECENT UPDATE, STILL CAN'T login using FB. I thought it was my connection, but after running other apps and games, I'm pretty sure my connection doesn't have any problem. Didn't expect this from a senior game Dev like Ubisoft.

I just lost my account. I made sure before I began that I synced it to my gmail to make sure it saves..... I logged in 2 days ago and my whole account was wiped and I have to start from the BEGINING! I lost everything in my original account! My problem has been solved! I have my original account back. This game is amazing and I am happy that everything was resolved really fast. I highly reccommend this game.

Reminiscent of the old computer game but suffers from the same money sødmefuld taps and limitations as all other free games. I would much prefer a one of cost. And sone of the training levels are clearly made impossible to pass. I've tried every single combination of the DPS training and can't pass. Checked online how others did it. Still can't pass. So either a big or I haven't spent enough money...?! Also that's not the only training level thar happens with.

As someone who played HOMM 2 - 6 ... I am somewhat addicted to this game now. Very reminiscent of the older games. I like the upgrade systems they have in place and all the different units and events they have... the only downside is you have to spend some money if you want to keep up with everyone else, but you can hang in there with only spending a dollar here or there. Otherwise I love the game, keep it coming!

I used to really like this game, I made some in game purchases as there are items hard to get (artifacts essence and such) I was lv 63, I logged in a few days ago and a lost part of the progress I made in the game, at least 10 units were gone and some other items like artifacts were gone as well. I contacted game's support and they just advised that most likely I changed servers and that's why I lost all of my progress. I wouldn't recommend in game purchases in case this happens to you.

I've spent a good amount of my free time playing this when possible and it is fun. I am having an issue now since updating to the new android 12 OS on Samsung s20. Seems now I can not properly fullscreen the game when using Samsung dex on my computer. All other games and apps can fullscreen fine whereas this game just fills the dex screen with black and moves the game to the bottom left instead of full screening.... I've checked all dex settings and options...

Been playing this game for sometime now. Finally decided to spend some money on it. A week later I can no longer access the game due to login issues. First day Ubisoft posted comment on support page. Three days later and no information on if it will be fixed or not. Emails and support tickets unanswered. Zero information on their Twitter and Discord on widespread issue affecting many. Person replying to comments here in Play Store seems to not even know of issue.

5 tips for beginners 1. remortgage your home! 2. spend every penny you get on this game since every single part of it is monetized. 3. hungry??? naaa forget buying food and spend that money on this game!!! 4. need a bathroom break??? again!!!! you had a bathroom break yesterday god dammit .......get a commode! 5. new players! if you want a game to play for free don't choose this as like i said everything literally everything is monetized ...it's also not a slow power creep through progression ...it's a hit a paywall ...hit head against that wall for a long time MAAAAYBE get past it then hit the next paywall..........if you're thinking of playing this and are willing to sell your kidneys go ahead , if not run away far and as fast as you can lol

I was enjoying this game and had advanced to level 72, playing daily. Last week I signed in and found myself back to level 10! I was hoping it was a temporary problem that would be straightened out, but no such luck. I have been unable to contact any help, as the posted help icons don't work for me. A lot of time and some money lost.

Good game, fun in a classic game setting, but the number of different currencies you need to collect is ridiculous and only gets bigger, the more the game goes on the more you feel all you do it daily tasks to get the various currency you need to progress.

Edit: dont spend any money! Not until they fix the glitches. You could end up getting random garbage. I spent a week and some money, working toward a hero as a reward. And the event sent a different hero. NOT the one in event description. From 5 to 2 stars for this. Unacceptable! they did a great job of capturing that game. As well as adding in some multiplayer features that are fun also. Like arena battles. But also guild co-op content. You really dont need to pay to enjoy this game at all.

I don't like it, it's nothing like heroes of might and magic, i was hoping that its the game i was looking for on phone but i was wrong, if you wanna pla HEROES OF MIGHT AND MAGIC, this is not the game you are looking for!

I was pretty hopeful for this game when first started, however my Hope's were quickly smashed. My largest complaint is that the paywall starts to hit hard a lot sooner than it should. Aside from that there are so many smaller annoyances that I simply dont have room to list them all. What happened to you Ubi?

Would rate higher, but the Best Time stage of the training grounds is bugged. The dwarf's special ability doesn't activate and it's impossible to complete despite following video tutorials exactly.
