I try so many time to register, many time Uninstall and install again just to make sure that maybe I can connect to register, but still I cannot, I use SIM Card even an Wifi connection with 2.5MB till 3MB/second but still cannot register, I try to call service center, you know what they said..? I have to check my simcard at service center provider, to make sure that the network is OK, like I said my network is excellent, no problem with sms or signal, if you can show me please.. How to register?

The verification is really takes longer than usual. You guys said that the operational hours are between 06:00 - 17:00 but I got nothing. I tried like a dozen times everyday to wait the verified but it won't budge at all. Your app needs to be fix ASAP.

An environment friendly transportation or can I call it a future transportation? As you don't need to experience losing key. All things you have to do is scan the barcode and all done.

as what other comments mentioned below that this program got lots of bugs need to be fix. One of most important is to login, and when I tried the application to login, it mention that the server is busy. So what is an application that is not able to be login? it's a failure!!!

Needs a whole lot of improvements. I keep getting logged out ** In-app customer service always showing network busy ** Some stations rented e-bike with damages ** There needs to be a capability for users to pick their own e-bikes in station instead of assigning automatically to a damaged e-bikes. Some station would not accept a broken e-bikes that I received damaged already ** Tried to send an email but it got stuck on queue in my outbox.

I can't even register before, everytime I submit the verification code, it failed bcos "network busy". But I contacted the CS and the problem is fixed! Great service from the CS via email or Whatsapp. For you guys having the same problem, just contact Migo CS.

My experience on this app is quite good, simple, and easy to use. Maybe you can add widget and I can monitor my live time riding on home screen smartphone. More promo please. Today my 1st time used and perhaps you can give me credit a couple thousand rupiah as a new register. Thank you have a nice day and keep save environment by using electric vehicle. 🚴‍♂️⚡🔌💡🛵🎗🌏👌👍

this type of transportation is very useful for me because it is very confinient. Ojek sharing apps just so freakin pricey nowadays and this is the much cheaper alternative and also fun alternative! thank you migo for saving my money!!!

Why cant i registered, it said my number has been temporarily blocked from logging in, i havent even made any account yet? Pls fix this, i also cannot receive any verification message although my signal is excellent

cant sign up. put my phone number to register and after putting in the code its always say network busy. nasty bug. been trying to re-install but still not able to sign up. fix this nasty bug

I cannot sign up, already complete the step and said that waiting for an hour for verification. Next day I open this apps again and it require me to re-sign up again.

I enjoyed the service, but the app gave more trouble than the service did. The app made it less efficient, please fix this issue

Why always need to verify phone number? it's so annoying everytime i open this app and want to use should verify phone number. Supposedly it should once when first time i use the app. please dev, change the app flow.

i submitted 3 times for verification purposes. but failed 3x as well. it sucks, so difficult to try the service.

"Submit Failure" Always Pops Up. and korean/japanese character appears. bye bye! uninstall immediately.

has happen a kids got kidnapped in Indonesia, percetakan Negara, the owner should be gave more attentions to rent it to a kids.. lots of kids play on the street full of cars.. and this is bad.. its make a kidnapper to kidnap easier.. how u solve that problem.. my previous comment was gone.. how it could be like that?
