Really useful app to understand your eating behavior and what you can improve. Love it!
Really nice app, simple to use and a lot of popular brands in the system. Could be improved, if you could add yourself items that are not in the system (I use a vegan protein powder, for example) and would be good if you could save your own recipes too, that would save a lot of time!
Handy to use as many products are already there, or similar alternatives, plus you can scan in many barcodes and it automatically adds them in.
Some products I use frequently are missing and the app uses BMI for weight recommendations (which isn't meant for individual weight evaluation), but otherwise it is a good app and I use it daily. The lack of ads and monetisation is a big plus in my book too. Sadly, it is only available in Dutch and for products sold in The Netherlands, though.
Simple, effective, well done. Beweegdagboek activiteiten still lack burnt calories. Perhaps adding the option to have reminders pop up during self selected (meal) times would be helpful. Moreover, integration with the (seasonal) Groentewijzer would also be a major plus.
Very nice app, I really like that I can see what I am missing or what I am eating too much, only thing I wish they would add is that you can scan products from Belgium and not just the Netherlands. Though you can still find something similar if you type in what you are eating.
Really nice app, very easy to use but sooooo slow. Often difficulties to connect to server. This app really helped me to understand how to eat smarter and control my calorie intake.
it's an ok app. to bad they don't have all sorts off foods that people eat from different cultures. great that there is a scan mode to add unkown food but you can't scan something that doesn't have a code to scan for example a bowl of Nasi or bami. unfortunately. this app is based for Dutch citizens that are of a certain type. though I'm a Dutch citizen myself. they don't even have a bag of Cheetos on here. i mean come on that's something people eat as well. it should be more selective.
A version in English would be a real life changer for expats. Not only for health reasons but also because product labels are almost never in English.
Very well designed app, really helped me improve my health!
This app advises you to not salt your pastawater.
Most of the foods are "discriminated" with saying: Niet in Schijf:Omdat:Gezonder kiezen?Chili Sin Carne schotelDit product staat niet in de Schijf van Vijf omdat het toegevoegd zout bevat. It is stupidity.
I have an elephone p7000 and it crashes when registering
💘 🥰🤩🥳 MIJN EETMETER/VoedingCentrum. People say I'm addicted but I'm not. The website I've been active on for years & the app more recently.. It is excellent! Just 1 thing: not every food is in there but you can put it in yourself even recipes. Nutrient /Mineral/Vitamin intake on a daily/weekly/monthly base to see where you are and what can be improved. Edition:Mrch1.'22 Not many food options, I have to put alot innit my self. Wish if I categories wrongly it would be made easier to switch.
