Milano’s Pizza

Wouldn't let me make a account said error every time so I signed in as a guest...could be more organized have the toppings and crust be separated... I was confused when ordering boneless wings because the dipping sauce and the sauce that goes on the wings seem to be mixed wasn't sure so I ordered all the sauces dipping and ones I wanted them tossed in how will they tell the difference or maybe I'm supposed to do the mixing of the sauce Mt self... 🤷‍♀️

Pizza is awesome but the app sucks. Won't let you enter quantities of some items during the order process and had to edit the quantities in the cart. The BIGGEST problem thought is that you can't change the month of expiration for your card! The options pop up but no matter what you click it doesn't change 🤪 I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still had the same problems so I ended up calling in my order. I hope that they didn't pay someone for this lousy app cuz it really sucks!!!!!

Quite a few bugs... No spot to add tip when paying; when ordering wings, a pizza icon drops down on the menu the same as when ordering a pizza (as in, if you only want sauce on half etc); not all veggies are shown in the drop down menu for every pizza... So If you don't want something you wind up getting to the checkout and trying to write it in the "special instructions" spot...Which you're only allowed 32 characters so most things you write are too long and it gets rejected until revised.

Very user friendly and has only gotten better over time as this small business moves forward in an electronic world and improve with updates

Could use a sleek upgrade regarding add-ons, how choices are displayed, format, etc. But it works without issue, and I don't have to worry about something getting messed up, so can't really complain!

Be careful with your credit cards. They double charged me twice & refused to refund in any way. I lost $35 the first time and $40 the second time. There will not be a third. I used to be a good customer & they used to be a good pizza shop. I guess greed is a powerful thing.

App runs smooth, Nice touch. I like it. However, you have to look to add a promo code. But Awesome just like the food and service! 👍👍

I find this app fairly difficult to use. No matter how many times I try to sign in, it says my info is incorrect and I must order as a guest. The deals are hard to apply as well.

I love Milanos, the app is an awesome addition to something we get to enjoy on a weekly basis. Makes it super easy to order when I'm leaving work and have dinner home 15 minutes later. Keep up the great work Milanos!

Pizza was Hot...so we're the cold items I ordered. Called the store. After whoever answered and got rid of their attitude, I was told that I would be able to get my money back. I paid with a credit card. As of this date(2 weeks after I ordered) I'm still waiting for the money to be credited to my credit card. I was NOT SATISFIED with neither the service I received, nor the price I paid...next time, I'll just save myself A LOT OF $ AND ORDER FROM DOMINO'S...😠

Decent app, does what it needs to. Could have better look/feel. But functionally solid.

super easy to use. now you dont have to sit on the phone and wait for someone to be free to take your order and put it in wrong. this app is great

Simple enough to use. I cannot log in with my saved info for some reason, the app completely crashes, but I can log in manually. 4/5.

excellent app I absolutely love Milano's Pizza and the service they provide and this just makes it a whole lot easier.

The app is okay, but the UX could use more work and get to a level of the big chains like domino's or Little Caesars.

Coupons are not valid per the store for large 3 item for 19.99, but still show on app. I know they have delicious pizza.

Difficult to navigate. It forced me to select a dressing for my mac and cheese

It would be nice to include more characters for the special instructions. Besides that it is awesome!

User friendly...just need to add 'light' option to toppings...i.e. light pizza sauce, light onions etc.

Everytime I go to order it say this store does not except mobile orders. If I go there then they tell me I need to do it online or call it in.

Can't add anything to the cart. Selected size and toppings but no add to cart or continue button.

Charges for free toppings on "build your own" with deals. Split payments doesn't work.

Toppings could use tabs to organize. Other than that the app is good.

Food it great not there app doesn't list all prices and doesn't save credit card information.
