You fixed the crashing issue so I gave you only one more star for that. Tapping on any item in the wishlist still does nothing. How would I be able to select the size I need for an item before buying something if I cannot view the item details in my wish list? This review will stay this way until that version is released which it still has not been updated.
I was charged duty for more than what I paid.(Canada) The shipping was also more than what I paid for the item. I'm also sure they sold my email because my spam folder is ridiculous now. I'll stick to Wish. I've never paid duty and I know there is a way in the way its sent so duty isnt charged. I installed the app just so I can leave a review. Never again.
this site is AWFUL. Took longer than expected and the clothes are cheap garbage that have strings hanging off all over. I've been trying for a week to get in contact with someone to return and cant get anyone to return my calls. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
The item never arrived. I contacted customer service but they were dismissive and told me "We will bear you if it was lost or delayed for a LONG time. Pls don't worry~:)" Seriously... that's what was sent to me via email. Not professional at all. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge because the customer service representative was stepsiding my questions when I emailed and kept telling me not to worry. 100% do not recommend buying from Milanoo.
So far so good on the prices, and using the app easy to browse and easy to pin point what im looking for. Made my 1st order. Will probably add to this reveiw once i have received my order.
This company is poorly run. Do not buy from them. They willingly accept your VISA- send you email saying your order# & dress is on the way- then you don't hear from them & your dress never shows up. I go to app TO the HELP link. No order.#. Nothing under my name. NO COMMUNICATION. I've tried email, Facebook, and app. I hear nothing. I am calling bank to recind VISA payment. Company is in China. Enough said. Do not order anything.
24 hour shipping they said, after u ordered u say that took like 8 days. When u want cancel the shipping they dont show that option. I loged out then i couldn't log in again, they said my account is inactive "u should contact the customer service" but how noone answered. Totally fraude.
They literally stole half of my money from a returned item they offered me an 85% refund but I only got 22% and I tried to ask them about where the rest of the money is they STOPPED replying, customer service is terrible, they didnt speak English well I had to guess what they were trying to say, NEVER use this "company" unless you want your money stolen, it's a huge SCAM!
Items claim to be 24hour ship but then take 2 weeks. Shipping costs themselves are very expensive (greater than £18 for 22 small items) Quality was reasonable, but nothing special.
Ordered shoes for my sons graduation a little less than a month in advance. Paid over $23.00 to expedit shipping. Sent emails to inform and inquire. Shoes arrived two days after prom. very disappointed.
First time user and I've had a great experience thus far. Easy to maneuver through and east to understand the content. So I only have great things to say right now.
Milanoo is a very good online shopping app. I loved tje collections. Even it tells us the size that would fit us by height and weight. It is a great experience to browse in Milanoo

I think they are a fraud they don't provide you with a customer service phone number the exchange/refund you can't login to in order to file your refund claim the product is nowhere near what you thought you were ordering I really feel as though I have been scammed out of $75
Don't offer 3-7 shipping, if it takes 5 days to process the order. It didn't notify me of that, UNTIL AFTER I PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS!
Problem with sizes it is all smaller than indicated. no care instructions on items. No return directions and address.
Worst experience I had with customer service in YEARS, maybe my entire life. I tried to make it work but they just never helped... Customer Service is extremely slow, always answers half your questions or give low information, Chart size is wrong ? Let me give you a 15$ discount on your next purchase of 150$,. Sure you want a exchange, just pay 200$ of shipping to send this in Austria And we will send you back a new one free of charge! They also give discount depending on your language... unfair

Just ordered my product so it is not in yet. The app was easy to use and I think I found exactly what I wanted!
First ten minutes of use I noticed 3 problems. The first being that you can't remain signed in your account, the app signs you out automatically and you can leave the app without it restarting. Number two is the app constantly freezes if you scroll too fast( i don't have this problem with other apps). And lastly the lack of reviews on products make me find this app a bit sketchy and make me reluctant to buy.
