MILEAGE TRACKER – tracking and recording mileages
This neat mobile app allows you to track your journey for yourself. You press start at the beginning of your business trip and the application uses GPS to track your exact journey. Whenever you have reached your destination you can stop the tracker and the app will ask you for the purpose of your trip, the app will already know how many miles you have travelled, as well as your start and ending postcodes. On typing the purpose you can submit the details and these update your personal mileage account.
And, if you don’t want to use the tracker, you can use the postcode to postcode mileage entry facility, merely type the number of miles, from and to postcodes and the reason for your trip, and once again this will be uploaded to your personal mileage account.
Creating and maintaining your daily trip log couldn't be simpler, and allows you to reduce your regular administration tasks and remain compliant with policy.
MILEAGE TRACKER – recording VAT fuel receipts
If there is a corporate requirement for you to upload your fuel receipts the app makes this as simple as possible. Enter the key details from the receipt, such as date, amount and number of litres purchased, and then take a photo, or upload from your photo library. The full details, including the image of the receipt will be uploaded to your personal mileage account.

Should there be any problems with your mileage entries then the app will let you know, enabling to log into your personal account whenever next convenient.

dreadful ui, bug ridden app drop downs dont work. Review was left after a frustrating 2 hours trying to add in receipts, after a complete reboot of the phone a later version of the app was presented that is much easier to use and worked first time - not sure what happened as i have been using this for as long as it has been available one of those niggling glitches that i need to learn patience with, must say that the devs contacted me very quickly to help but the issue had cleared
Terrible app ! crashes alot, is slow and laggy , signs out alot , drains battery , cant delete an old vehicle from it which it likes to default to causing me more problems when trying to enter journeys, Just dosent work properly old version was better where you could stop and start journeys new version has caused nothing but problems and stress! has actually cost me money, as i write this i will have to contact you by phone as soon as you open! it thinks ive done over 40k miles in 1 month!
Such a bad / terrible / rubbish app and even worse when you want to resolve a issue but just get told " go on the web browser and sort it out " useless! I would say don't bother calling up just get put though to a rude time wasting individual who want to just end the call as quick as she can. Also nice to be told " we deal with your company on a daily business" I'm not surprised with how bad it's run! Get a grip!
Can't even log in says username and password not recognised despite using the same details to login on the Web based one. Edit: not been funny but you say its a bit unfair to rate something I haven't used...that's why I rate it low because its not possible to use due to a login fault I'm not resetting a password I know that works online but not on the app. other reviews are having the same issue, it's got a 1.8 star average its clearly not great but I'm hopeful it may get an update I will retry
App is terrible, unfortunately I have to use it. I'd like to use GPS, my phone is connected to my car by Bluetooth, have a 4G signal...drove 4.5 miles today...app only logged 2 miles.. All I can do is manually record my start/stop mileage in a diary and then input at the end of the day. Used Selenity Expenses before this app which is much better and way more user friendly, you should have a Start, Add a Stop and Finish button would make life much easier. I got in touch, nobody replied!
Is this latest upgrade a glorified way to make us all use pen and paper again? Switch everything on on your phone to use bluetooth, mobile data, gps, wear out your battery life in record time and record....nothing. all the functionality that made this app work wiped out and leaves nothing but a dashboard that is nothing better than a multi coloured picture. What a waste of time.
This app is slow to update journeys and is consistently inconsistent in it performance. It is frustrating to use when marking any journeys as private as it defaults back to the list of dates - assuming it has even updated. Very poor.
Usability Testing Required. Guys, This app is what I would expect to see pre user field testing. Current vehicle in bluetooth won't update to the new vehicle. New vehicle listed but the current month references old vehicle. Unclear on how the app 'links' with pod point. No instruction on how to do so. Cannot use. Getting this app right would have saved thousands of company man hours for not even a hundred on dev. time. Not impressed.
mileage is inaccurate compared to odometer approx 20% less. consistently loses GPS during the journey. If you use the manual entry it says you have put in too many miles for the journey even when you checked your start and finish odometer reading. very poor
Awkward to use and update the mileage. would like to be able to manually add travel for a whole day. not 1 trip at a time
Favourites don't appear don't appear in the app and app crashes. Favourites that I add via the app are accessable via the website. Now the website doesn't allow me to add favourites. My email to the mileage consultancy was rejected.
When this app works it does what I need however it rarely works if it was not that I'm forced to use it for work the I wouldn't bother. It's been updated reinstalled and now wont even load up. I'm now re-installing it with the hope it may do the trick
App does work, it is okay for manual input data. but it always loses connection and the mileage recorded is never right. if had a choice i wouldn't even use. Avoid using if you can
You have changed the date calendar so you you now have to know the day to match the date.WHY? Why when you want to enter a journey, can't it open up with a calendar so you choose the date instead of having to know the day.....So you have to look in your diary to match .madness!. Please sort it out. Also all my favourites have gone! Poor app! Getting really pissed off at having to enter my password every 2 weeks. I get online security but even my bank doesn't do this!
Absolutely shocking worst app I've ever used no help and info they give you doesn't work got this for work purposes by my company and it is a nightmare version 5. 7 was ok . Spent best part of day installing and it didn't log trip, have to do manual entries.
The app is good, just loses mileage majority of the time leaving me to enter my own Miles.
Clunky. If I had a choice I wouldn't use this app, but being a company car driver I am forced to use it. The old version was much better, and it didn't push me to a web page and force me to sign in again so I can close off my monthly mileage. In my opinion this app is simply not very good.
The app does not work it says its lost GPS during the trip every time I've contacted TMC a few times and was told to re install it.. Same problem so frustrating I'm having to input manually from my computer.
GPS dropping out, waste of time, have keep entering mileage myself
I downloaded the app as I wanted to manually enter my milage. I selected my trip from my favourites but it did not automatically populate the business purpose or WBS code. I simply uninstalled the app and used the web page instead which had no issue populating all the stored trip information. Edited: Still no progress on fixing the issue, on chasing a year later I was told to recreate it. How about try it yourselves! Anyway I do now use the app for uploading receipts.
