I upgraded to the premium version as I generate a lot of trips every month and it seemed it was missing trips later in the month. a call with support seemed to help, but after a few days it was an issue again. i ser the notice that trip detection is on but the final trip seldom logs. I dont know how much this has cost me, but its quite a bit.
I am still still subscribed to the monthly plan but your system is claiming that my subscription is expired. When I go to Google Play , it shows that my subscription is still valid.. I now have a useless app that I am still paying for but is not doing what it is supposed to. Additionally Since about 3 weeks ago, an update has rendered this app next to useless; it widely exaggerates mileage and lost all accuracy that existed before. Now , it appears that your website wants a minimum of six month subscription for a substandard service. No way Jose!! Cannot in all honesty recommend this to anyone. It worked nearly perfectly for a good 3 months, then all of a sudden it became very glitchy and inaccurate. Now trying to extort more subscription, when another is already in place.
Milecather was great for years, however this year (once they required you to pay for a subscription) I have had nothing but problems with them turning off my trip detection, costing me money in deductions I'm missing out on! Ive complained to customer service month after month, only for it to work for a few weeks and then fall into the same issue.
They offer the free trial, and say you will loose the auto tracker when the trial is over. The auto tracker failed for me several times during the trial, not picking up trips in areas with poor cellular signal (like my house). Trip routes can not be corrected manually when the GPS messes it up. I thought manual trip entry might be more accurate but after the trial ended you can't even enter the trips manually... The pop up actually says you are "forbidden" without a subscription. Alrighty then🤬
The auto trip logger not worked since I installed. So I won't buy the full version. When entering manual trips, I cannot see how to log the actual miles travelled. The app always puts in the shortest mileage but the route is not always the one I have taken. Traffic, stop at services etc.
I love the way that this app captures business mileage information. I have found that it is not always dependable unless I check to make sure that it is working. I have had to delete it and then reload to ensure that it is working properly. The problem may be in my phone. It is still the best app that I have found to capture the info in the way that I desire.
app was amazing when free as soon as I paid I'm having the most problems customer service had been good but the problem keeps happening take your payment and turn your automatic trip log off and the date keeps changing then they ask for proof you've paid lol surely they should see that from their end not impressed I wouldnt suggest subscribing tbh!!
I used to love this App, but over the last few months it's constantly failing to log my trips. I've had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times and I'm growing increasingly frustrated with it inability to do what it should (and used) to do.
It works well for about a month or so, then it stops, I have to constantly baby sit the program to see if it still works. Try to get it operating. After figuring it out, it'll work again for about a month, then stop. I've missed about 6 months worth of trips last year. So annoying!
Without a way to include fuel and auto expenses, this is useless to me. Beyond that...it doesn't save the login between sessions. Are you kidding me? You think people are going to login every time they open this app? Are you high? It's this kind of development BS that contributes to the vulnerability of the Internet and causes people to use passwords of '1234'.
They do not care about you. Accidentally auto-purchased through Google Play and they would not refund me in spite it being a mistake. They said because it was Google who made the purchase on their behalf that they cannot refund me. Instead they gave me 6 extra months for free which I have never used. Seriously annoying. Especially getting emailed every month saying I've driven nowhere. Obviously I haven't, because I have never used the app. Highly unaccountable developers.
this app is the pits. It has failed to log multiple trips and I've wasted more time than the $5. I paid to go premium. I wanted to to get it up and running. also their support team hasn't been helpful.
Constantly having to manually enter in trips. I've tried clearing the cache and re-installing, but it is still not detecting. Very frustrating!
Disappointed. Was great when was free. The moment I paid things started to go wrong - doesn't always log the trips even though the pop up asks me to classify a completed journey. Manual entry doesn't always work either. Contacted support several times and the only solution they offer is to re-install the app, however the bugs return after a while after re-installing. I will not be renewing my paid subscription. Response: tried, it doesn't work. My subscription has now expired and I won't renew.
