MileOn by PC*MILER - Truck Stops & Truck Routing

This is the only app that's good at helping trip plan for truck drivers. It's easy to give customers good ETAs. That's why it's getting 2 stars. However, this app stops working randomly. It'll be great for a few months and then out of nowhere have an error that prevents it from functioning for a few days. No new update, nothing changes, it just stops working. I've had it over a year and it hasn't gotten better with the sudden failures to work.

Use to work good. But I'm guessing that the developer changes some thing with the free version. When u try to use the directions the map will go black and no longer show you the route that you use to see. And I know the developer change the program. Because I have this app on 2 different phones and the both are black screens now. The developer is acting like they don't know what we are talking about. But they do. Don't waste your data downloading this program. The program no longer work.

Good in theory but it never adjust times and doesn't take into effect mountain climbing. Just needs more work. (Update) which they are continuing with. solid improvements. usefull planning tool but would still like more controll over time adjustments. mountain climbing, city traffic and weather conditions. having to add a stop to offset and make my preplan more accurate or having to redo an entire plan to adjust arrivals to new times is a serious pain.

It's kinda hit and miss. For the most part its works great but it has issues. I've been using it for a week on the west coast. 1. Its get a truckstop 90% and others time you get a gas station not ment for trucks to take your 30 and 10. 2. It's kinda complicated to use. haveing to keep manually put in you HOS and recap. 3. It pushes your 8 and 11 to the point if you hit a good hill you wont make to the spot. 4. They teamed with copilot and there a horrible gps and even more complicated to use.

Pretty darn good. I wish it had full HOS integration, so I could keep it in sync with my hours better. Basically if this had a built in log book, and you could just keep it in sync with the ELD so it could tell you if you'll be late for your 5th stop in 8 days and I'll need to do a reset or something... Also wish you could choose a preference for truck stop brands to go to. I get a massive discount at Love's, so it would be nice to tell the app to prefer Love's. Overall it's a great app!

Useless app. Can't put in correct appointment if it's already past, can't mark trips complete, can't set earlier stops as done so I can get an up to date plan, can't mark trips complete, doesn't have any way to put any customer info in for the stops, just addresses. Doesn't import appointments to calendar. This app is useless and not worth $3/ month.

Used to be great... Now won't even open. Please fix asap. Contacted customer service and they said a developer was supposed to be looking into it but I haven't heard anything. So frustrating.

Obviously developer doesn't care or update app. Don't even waste your time. Dumb call on their part, it's a unique app, but seems they gave up. Doesnt even open.

The idea is great but the basic version is milage inaccurate and without enough functionality to motivate me to start a monthly subscription. Also, there are other more functional applications available without the subscription costs. Did you see an existing product and find a way to make it better or is this vision entirely yours?

You need to implement fuel stops as good break points. For example, this app has me stopping for a 30 min break 1 exit before the stop I need to get fuel by the company. I added the fuel stops as "stops" in the app, and it always shorts the break right before the fuel stop. Other than that, it's an amazing tool.

Slow about starting up and sometimes doesn't even start. For what I'm paying a month it should be better. I can understand if it was free but when you pay it shouldn't have the problems it has. If I could find another app that has the same application I would subscribe to them.

Same problem as everyone else. Can't log in. No, I'm not going to email support. The program should work correctly. Uninstalled. Update: Found and installed an older version and logged in with that. I then updated to the latest version in the Play Store. Planned a test trip and tried to use copilot to navigate, and Copilot gave an error that I was on another account even though both are the same account. Don't waste your time with this app it's not worth it.

LAGGGGGG. I've had this app for two years and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. The last update leaves everything laggy as heck. Even my OnePlus with 8gb of RAM hates this app now. Y'all destroyed it. Dumbest freaking update ever. Not sure how much longer I will continue paying for this. Update 2-2-21 app is still horribly slow. Uninstalling and cancelling my subscription. It's been fun. Lmk if you ever fix it.

Finally someone gets it! A GPS app that incorporates the drivers required 30min break and the required 10Hr break into the Hours Of Service rules that not only tells the driver "WHEN" but "WHERE"(offering suggested locations within a few miles of each other) to take that break! GAME CHANGER RIGHT HERE!!! Been driving since 1995 and life on the road keeps getting more convenient thanks to technology like this. Love my Rand McNally and Garmin but with everything else they thought of, how'd they miss this simple, no brainer, driver planning feature. I absolutely love this app! Some areas still need tweaking but these kind folks are really on it! I've suggested a tip or two and had a question another time and their tech support has been quick to respond. One tech told me, "This is still a brand new app and we're working out the bugs and without good decent constructive criticism that helps and not degrades, we can't develope what drivers want unless they're respectful to our vision!" And they totally couldn't be more right! We need developers like this! Great job "MileOn" team!

Basically didn't work. Blank screen saying it couldn't get location and EVERYTHING is an upsell to the paid version. No problem paying is I like it but .... gotta be able to actually try it first. Uninstalled...

Putting my available hours in as I'm leaving a stop does nothing! So much for suggesting rest stops or predicting if I'm on time or not. Also this app is so slow you will save time by just copying and pasting your stops from Trucker Path to your navigation app.

Application is a joke doesn't even fully open just sits there and spins

I'm paying all most 2 years but bad experience way too slow & I need my mileage not rest hours stop or break stop all bad now

was hoping to find actual gps routing. what ALK app is best to actually get that? this does not work like an actual gps. I have copilot for trucks but looking something with better updates. copilot is a great app but the app update about 2 or 3 years ago removed some search features that allowed Google search.. I would love to see that returned. I used it daily. the only one that remains is Yelp.. which will not pull anything up 'along route' even after trying thousands of times.

set it all up premium and cant change the clocks from 60hr in 7 to 70/8 or put in my correct hours of service hopefully this fixes itself or I'll not pay for it I'll go fund something else to use. went to set up a new trip and told me to upgrade to premium service which I already did, says log into google play i was seems to cliche maybe some other time back to the note book for me

The first time I downloaded it wouldn't let me sign in so I uninstalled it ..that was a few weeks ago......thought I would give it another shot, downloaded it, didn't remember password so I reset it...still could not log in...if you get it fixed then email me..I would like to try it...but for now I am uninstalling...

Keeps freezing and then closes during middle of planning a trip. Was on phone with customer and could not even give him a quote because of unreliable app.

Basic trip planning is what this app is good for. Not worth anything for navigation. You cannot zoom out while traveling to follow your path. Really disappointed. Sticking to my Garmin.

There's nothing to say. I tried signing up, nadda. Then I thought I'd try the copilot id since they're both Trimble, nadda. Then I tried resetting the Trimble password, shows wrong email when changing the password.

Do not like app. To hard to use. and does not show me where truck stops are. Im sure it does but can not figure it out. When I finely figured out how to get a destination it does not then show me where im at. Im uninstalling it please dont charge me any more!!!!

Glad I came across this app.. odometer broke and this saved the day.. and if you have drivers who seem to run out of hours a lot you can pre plan everything but customer delays.. where and when to rest suggested places and all for them..

App crashes every time you open it. Please fix. Every update this thing gets worse fix what is broken before adding new things.

fairly basic trip planning tool. does not incorporate split logging as a method to optimize hours. Basically you can accomplish the same with your gps.

Nice little update the nearest exit to stop is helpful. You need to add more service locations like wash and tire service to stop choices but you are on the right track.

Complete waste of time. I attempted to create an account for the 1st time today and it immediately did not recognize my password. After about 4 attempts. Total waste of time.
