Registration is not even possible, because the moment you start to type your first name, the screen and keyboard freeze. The worst app, I 've seen.
Only the most basic functionality works. Most features load a website, that usually creates random errors or error messages. Hardly usable, which is especially annoying when many features are only available in the app (and not on the M&M website).
Trying to log in is impossible it either says invalid log in credentials or technical error, I reset my pin and password multiple times still same message
Would earn a better rating, but: after each update of the app you can no longer login to your account!! After each bloody update you have to enter your pin again. Why would one implement it so poorly!
Current App version: - Don't correctly show my Status Miles, 0 miles are shown. - Some of the monthly Credit Card transactions are not shown. These data will be correct with the web page, but not with the App.
Offseting flights always results in some error. Please test your Android app the way you do with the Apple app.
When trying to use the mindful flyer part, the app does not allow entering of data. No keyboard shows up and data entry is impossible.
So WRONG to force people to use 2 factor authentication Miles & More! It should be optional. Some people travel and have no access to regular phone . Some people Have children without a phone. All you offer in these cases is to call a local representative. Who feels like doing that every time they travel or whatever. You should at least offer easy alternative options if you will force everyone at least provide an alternative like email instead of phone. This applies not only to app
This app (generally) is pretty poor. Adding miles from last flight doesn't work. Mileage calculator just fails all the time. Adding current flight didn't work. So basically 3 of the main functions of this app don't work. All my details are correct and manually filled in forms + tried scanning boarding passes. Simply disappointing.
Staff on phone refuses to take calls: if you call english Senator hotline, the staff on the phone picks up the phone and puts the earpiece down without responding. Sometimes you can hear kids in the background :) Happened to me 5 times.
Terrible navigation. Have you tried reading anything on the upgrade chart? Would help if it had legible resolution. P.S. also can't log in when trying to book a flight. This is the final nail in the coffin of miles and more for me. Switching to another miles program after several years.
Below average app from good airline. 1. On account page very inconvenient scrolling, jumping elements, overlap with top status line of the phone, not optimal layout of each entity. 2. On awards page confusing 2 columns layout. Award topics overlap with sandwitch button. In general, top-level menu (news, account,..) is at the bottom, 2nd level menu is on top. Who designed this? Permanent popups irritate a lot. Looks like "made in India".
Can't login. Seeing the spinning circle forever.
A complete disaster, doesn't remember your settings and every attempt to book an award trip ends in a blank screen with no way out. One starts to wonder if the whole miles and more is just a scam, is it even possible to book an award flight? Possibly the worst and most useless app I've ever used.
I downloaded this app because for what I understand, the online mileage calculator is no longer functional. So I download it and find the mileage calculator. It took me 10 minutes to enter all the info. It asked me all flight details, which I had to go and grab in my Swiss App. But whenever I closed the Miles&More App to open the Swiss App to look up information, the data I had previously entered in the Miles&More App was gone. Eventually I wrote down all information of all flights on a piece of paper in order to enter it in one go in the Miles&More App. After doing that -- quite a drag -- I got an error message that "the mileage could not be calculated due to a system error". Now I'll have to call the Senator hotline on the phone and spend another 15 minutes or so to find out. Also the App asks the Booking Class for the mileage calculation, but the Booking Class is not listed either in the Swiss App or on the flight Reservation confirmation... Suggestions: just put the mileage value right on the confirmation, as well as the booking class, and list that same information in the Swiss App. Seems like that should be easy to do. This has been extremely annoying!
I've tried to open the app but it doesn't work. All I can see is a white screen.
Disappointing. Mileage requests keep failing and crashing due to technical problems. What is the purpose of this App if it keeps failing? I am very shocked that no one has fixed those basic functions ongoing since more than a year. Previously, functionality was working with interruptions but now: worse: mileage requests by uploading or by filling out forms keep failing and crashing for the past months and the problem continues.
New update on Jan.16, 2022, but still Miles Pay is not available! MilesPay Is not available anymore since last update. Since 1 week, Status Miles shown as 0. Help from Miles and More customer service is also 0. This is the most bad app and most bad customer service I ever experienced.
Every time I open the app I am required to sign in with service number and pin. Why do I set up Biometric log in or even have the app if I have to sign in every time? To allow them to collect more data?
Destinations missing. Belgium not on the list of departure countries. Bangkok missing as arrival city. Typing path does not open in the app when prompred to enter city pair so unable to search for flights
Worst possible user experience. It's like they deliberately want to make it hard for you to login, register miles and more! Time and attention thieves.
Cannot find either Delhi or Mumbai while trying to retroactively get the miles credited to the account. No way to contact them per email to rectify this problem.
Terrible login implementation. Login with fingerprint does not work, evert time you open the app it asks for login...
very poor application. It is not updated like the website, I have some flights charged in the website, they do not appear in the list in the application. Furthermore very difficult to ask for miles from partner flights, even via the website. A lot of functions do not work properly, you follow the instructions however the "submit" seems not to work, you do not get any confirmation if the things you asked are reviewed for an answer or not...
I can't believe that Lufthansa requires you to download an app to calculate miles. The calculation process is very cumbersome: you need to enter every little detail about your journey. I would guess that the flight number is enough for the app to find out origin, destination and operating airline, but no: you have to enter all of that and more manually.
Just downloaded the app but it's useless. Don't even get to the point where I could login. It says server error.
Sign in button doesn't work
Almost once in a week I have to enter number and password in order to sign in. I do not know why. It is also very difficult to redeem award flight, I rather call customer service. All in all, very bad app.
