With the Miles & More Credit Card App, you can get the functions of your Miles & More Credit Card online card account on your Android smartphone or tablet.

Fingerprint: Login by fingerprint: Simply log in and secure in the app by replacing the password by login by fingerprint.
Financial overview: All important functions can be reached with just one click
The financial overview contains all the sales and payment information for your Miles & More credit card. Check your current balance at a glance or view the last three transactions in real time.
Do you have more than one Miles & More credit card? Then the information for each card will be displayed individually. This way, you always have an overview of your current financial situation per credit card.
Sales: Control over your sales and sales complaints
A detailed overview of all recent card transactions can be found in the financial overview under "all sales". If a sales is not booked correctly, you can make the sales complaint directly with just a few clicks.
Transfer: All transfer services at a glance
From the financial overview, you can use the transfer service and create a standing order or a term transfer. If you have credit, you can transfer it to your deposited billing account free of charge using the credit balance service.
Mastercard® Identity CheckTM - safe online shopping
Additionally secure your online credit card payments with Mastercard® Identity CheckTM. Activate the procedure under "Service> My Cards> Mastercard® Identity CheckTM" and confirm your payments quickly and easily in the app at participating online retailers.
Service: Manage your credit card settings
In the "Service" navigation item, you make all the settings related to your Lufthansa Miles & More Credit Card: Edit your personal data, your Card Control settings, change your billing account or your card limit.
PO Box: Important information to you
More overview of current information, documents and contract information about your credit card - clearly arranged on subfolders. Use the archive to store documents that you want to keep indefinitely. You can also delete documents that you no longer need before the specified machine deletion date.
Products: All services of your credit card
In the navigation item "Products" all services and benefits of your existing Miles & More credit card are clearly displayed. You can also book here, for example the flexible partial payment or apply for a partner and additional card. Or you can easily make a map upgrade here.
Actions: Collect extra miles
Under "Actions" you will find exclusive promotional offers for your Miles & More credit card. This is how collecting miles is even easier.

Many functions such as Transfers, etc. Missing. Nice design and expense overview is nicer than before but functions of old app were more convenient.
App needs to be fixed soon as PSD2 has its deadline on September 14th. App only crashes, no login possible in 99% of the cases - want to change verification method for transactions to SMS, but hey, you need the app to do that? Get it?! Vicious circle... Fully useless in this state, needs to be fixed soon - otherwise DKB Credit Card will be mostly useless as well.
App crashes all the time on my oneplus 5T. Sad app really and especially for the fact that a pretty large German bank is behind this. Appalling. Apart from the fact that it's not functioning at all, it always felt like a standard browser with fingerprint detector when it was actually working. No need to use it as it's 100% the same experience as in a normal browser window.
Since the last Update the MasterCard Identity Check does not work anymore. Push-Notifications come up but when clicking and signing up, the App just goes to the starting page without the possibility to confirm a payment. Same for my wife with this app on another phone. Very annoying! Pls fix this. Thanks.
update: after July 19th fix, the app loads. But I cannot use the mastercard app-identity check because the app claims my Pixel 3 is rooted (which it is not - I even used root checker to veridy that it is not rooted). This app is truely an embarrassment for Miles and More, DKB and Mastercard! first app froze and nothing ever loaded. now it crashes right away. completely useless! suppport of LH credit card and DKB does not respond to email.
Does not work. MY PHONE IS NOT rooted you idiots. Can't use this but will have to pay outrageous SMS charges when using the card international. Update: sometimes it works then not. Why do I get alerts to approve a transaction with identity check and then opening the app there is no approval preloaded? And then when I click around it says again 'phone is rooted and identity check can't be installed'. But now again I see identity check as 'activated'. This is so bad I wish someone gets fired.
The APP doesn't let you enter the site without entering the mobile phone, and it doesn't let you enter the phone number if not a German one. Completely useless application and uselesscredit card regardless how much money you have on the account.
Works mostly well apart from the Mastercard ID check - most times it just doesn't appear. Also would be nice if you implement notifications via push for ALL transactions, not just over a specified amount.
seems with each up-date one goes down the drain It's a great idea to make it so "secure" that even oneself can't access it anymore. any suggestion how to confirm a purchase? sort of stuck, need to book flights and hotel ...
The app work flawlessly until recently. Now the app just continually crashes. This is pretty bad, considering that the app will soon need to be used to log in to the account and for online purchases
This app is pretty much useless. It crashes 99 times out of 100 so you are not even able to log in to your account. It is a credit card access app, that's just embarrassing!
App claims my device is rooted (which it isn't) and therefore the main functionality to provide App-TAN service is not available. This seems to be a very common issue (see all the other reviews and avarage rating of 1.4) - and apparently this doesn't bother the app developer to fix this. Very disappointing!
completely unfunctional !!! how can an app be released in an unfunctional state like that?? If its main purpose was to create a grey screen, it would be doing that great! But if you have in mind to use this app for anything related to paying... well, good luck.
So much improvements are needed, also MasterCard identity check is not working, when you get push message you click on it but doesn't do nothing. Also method to open on bruiser doesn't work.
i honestly think the people that made this app are quite stupid. forget about reviewing the functionality of this app, as you will lokely not even be able to log in. worse, trying to login on the app will automatically take you to a page to reset your password, and lock down your account. and of course, given how good these idiots are, it will take you about 10mins at least to reset the password. that is how long it takes tjem to send you a code to your phone for resetting the password
Fingerprint identification does not work on Samsung Note: Uses Iris scan instead of fingerprint on Samsung Note, even if Iris detection is de-activated in Android security settings. Possibly security issue. Overall clumsy.
keeps crashing in Samsung Note 9, latest Anfroid. Cannot use my credit card for online payments. Feels like middle ages. Maybe programmers need reminder to get some work done! Does anybody read these posts at all except us frustrated users?

After having used the app for quite a while, it has stopped working about 2 weeks ago. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but that did not help either.

doesnt seem to work (doesnt open beyond grey screen). 3 months later the app loads, but cant authenticate claiming mydevuxe is rooted, which it is not. Not inspiring and MM LH should change the bank!?

Does not support Android FaceUnlock as on lastest Google Pixel 4 phones which don't have a fingerprint sensor any more. Your iOS app should use FaceUnlock already so please update
keeps crashing and needs to be reinstalled, poorly programmed. also, why cant tge cards just be managed in the dkb app... would be less apps + hassle for those who are dkb customers already

What is it with DKB and App Development? Please get some outside help before everyone else outperforms you for good. Update after Dev. Feedback: - Full App unavailable incl. MC ID Check on 18.05. For hours - Card not natively integrated in DKB Main App (e.g. Card Control Features) - Card Number can't be copied - Barebones Functionality compared to website, missing core features like changing card limit, billing date, Mailbox, trusted merchants, ... - missing one button card freeze functionality
