Miles - Rewards For All Travel

This app is not very user friendly and takes time to learn/setup for personal use. The app does not always recognize activity or travel. Example: I went on a round trip that was 200+ miles (one way) and the app only recognized for the first half of the trip, it did not recognize the return. I think the app shows some promise, offering rewards in exchange for doing something but the app has issues to work out. I will continue to use the app for awhile to see what fixes/updates may occur.

Biggest issue I keep having with this app is that it doesn't register all of my trips no matter how I have the primary mode of transportation set. This issue has been happening for a couple years actually to the point I didn't use the app for a period of time. Not to mention some of the redemption values are a bit high especially since there's not much I can use where I'm at except online stuff which tends to get stalled if shipped.

I deliver and thought this app would be an easy way to track my trips while earning rewards. Unfortunately, it doesn't record trips sometimes or recognize that you're moving. The rewards are interesting but most of them are things you get just by downloading the chosen app and signing up for the app's trial period. No "Miles Points" redemption necessary. I've yet to find a reward of interest to me that doesn't require a subscription at some point.

Lacks accuracy. The concept is great, but it doesn't always function correctly. Constantly alerts me that my location permissions are turned off and trips won't be recorded even though my location permissions are on for the app. I've tried to use points to make discounted purchases and the discounts don't always register correctly. Still missing trips and reporting them hasn't helped much.

Was great, but they changed how miles were rewarded and im getting way fewer now. On top of that it no longer detects 75% of my travel automatically like it did before the update. pretty disappointing as I liked how everything was set up before and that it could function without much input from me. hope they get the bugs worked out in that regard but even still there's not much point to me having this app anymore with the new tiers, others may find it more useful

10k "miles" to receive a $1 Amazon gift card? Come on! App doesn't track mileage correctly... missing dozens of "trips" , and the "offers" that you can "purchase" with miles are ridiculous. I haven't found an offer yet that isn't available with a coupon code somewhere else or on the 3rd party provider site directly. There are better move-to-earn (MTE) apps with better conversion rates or are moving straight to crypto. *** Don't waste your time with this one. ***

This app doesmt work. I've had it for a month and have put in 3 car trips a day. I contacted their supoort and was told how to have navigation always on (did that when I set up the app). They asked for a log of how many miles and trips I took. I gave them the exact amount (I have life 360 and it moniters all of that). That was 3 days ago and I havent heard anything back. Don't waste your time on this app. It's useless.

Can't even sign up, I've had the app downloaded a couple days now and have tried signing up thru Facebook, Google and various emails and only ever get an error pop up saying the new account can't be made. I've tried it on several different wifi as well. Trying to contact anyone for support seems next to impossible. Unless you already know how to work it or already have an account, it is extremely difficult to use this app.

This used to be a great app. Now they've changed the tier system and how you earn miles. I've been a platinum member forever (highest tier) with good benefits. Now I am at the bottom (silver tier) with no benefits. I travel a lot, but the number of trips required now to keep our advance tier status is ridiculous. And you can't earn enough miles to spend without taking their insane amount of required trips. The old system was definitely better and easier to maintain and would've gotten 5 stars.

I think it's great, aside from the rewards (which let's be honest, they're not that great) although I have used them, it's a good app. doesn't have annoying ads or pop ups, and it's pretty accurate with the trips and detecting which method of transportation you used, I use it as a good way to keep track of the distances I'm walking and my car milage. I've been using the miles for charity and to discover other apps that could be more useful in terms of rewards but overall I am enjoying this app!

This app is terrible! I have had this app for a year and a half. It does not accurately record trips in the correct mode. It has a bad habit of combining trips into one trip such as a walking trip 10X points and a bus trip 3X points and making one car trip 1X points. Sometimes it does not record trips at all. I only use the app to trade the points for gift cards. But it's 50000 points for a $10 gift card. This app is a waste of my time and they are a bunch of scam artists! Shame shame!

I love the concept of getting rewards for traveling and was enjoying the app until it wouldn't opt me out of emails. I was getting too many. I turned them off in settings; however, I later found them back on. I now consider the emails spam and am no longer interested in the app. I hope the developers will fix it for future users. I'm uninstalling the app after making sure my account is removed. It requires a lot of miles to redeem rewards.

Works pretty well. Miles logged is a little bit less than actual, but only by a few. Love that it rewards more for greener methods of travel, was a little disappointed that motorcycling isn't an option as it's greener than a car would be. Seen a lot of complaints about the rewards offered but all things considered it's understandable for an app you never have to open that rewards you for simply going about your day no differently.

I like the concept of this app. Sadly, I noticed recently the gift cards went up in miles, by a lot! When I first downloaded the app, a $1 Amazon gift card showed to cost 3,000 miles. A bit high for a buck, but ok. Checked again this week, same $1 Amazon gift card is 10,000 miles! You don't get a discount for saving up either. Want $10 gc? 100,000 miles! Absolutely insanity!

major updates needed on the back end, not just user interface. The app claims to allow you to set your rideshare rides to connect with "a few clicks" but I have yet to see any where in the app to do so. Thankfully when you change your ride type it does allow you to select rideshare and they usually are kind enough to do so within an hour or two. This should be more intuitive and automatic. I also hope to see it link to my MTA based app for Transit purchases

I love the app and being rewarded, the only downside is that I've noticed a majority of the rewards are actually offered on the company website, so basically everyone can get the discounts without even being apart of miles, most of all there not anything that you get 100%free, you always have to purchase. But I do like it for the most part.

Great concept, beautiful presentation, godawful execution. I drive a ton for business, work, and Family, so was really hoping this lived up to the (maybe paid?) external and app store reviews. It in no way does, other than navigation. If you drive 50,000 miles a year, you get a $10 gift card, yippee. Also, most of the "rewards" are actually simply referral or affiliate marketing links, and you can do better on many other apps/platforms without sacrificing your hard earned meager "rewards'.

Have had the app for awhile, old phone went to a bootloop, got a new phone, but Google freaked, so I have to manually reinstall. I recovered my accounts that connected with Facebook. This one doesn't. The rewards aren't that good except once in a blue moon. NOWI have to start over, and this application isn't worth it. Adios, miles!

I originally downloaded the app because I walk alot. I don't have a car, and the only time I use the bus is for work. I thought it'd be fun since I walk alot anyway. Well, some of my walks are logged as car trips and I don't have a car. When I tried to change it it wouldn't let me. Just started this though, maybe it'll get better. Doesn't always log my trips either, which is frustrating cause the app says you don't have to keep it open and my location is always on

Was great and worked well until recently. Now the app doesn't record any tips at all, and i drive ALLOT. It's unfortunate. I've tried everything i can think of to get it to work without success. Even tried contacting customer service but just received no real assistance. Like i said, it was good. Now it's a waste of phone memory.

I got this app for the referral rewards and not once but 2 or 3 times I got the required amount of referee's and wasn't awarded my award. Asked why none of my refees counted last referral campaign and I got a generic answer. This app is kinda pointless. Most of these coupons you get for free other places anyways. I feel like its a scam. I even did a few on my friends phone MYSELF! TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN CORRECT. And STILL didn't get my credit.

I'm trying to find the positives in this app. You earn miles the more you go places. It doesn't link to any smart gear, so daily walking doesn't get logged, but truthfully that wouldn't even matter. The costs to get anything are insanely high, and some aren't even guaranteed. 10,000 miles for a BID on a 5 dollar gift card. They do have other rewards, but they are always sold out. It really feels like it is just a tracking app, with very little in tangible rewards.

This app used to be great, I recommended it to a lot of people. It's gone severely downhill since then. You have to bid on gift cards now? That's insane. And changing the structure of the rewards tiers so that it's impossible to maintain platinum unless you spend 2000 points every MONTH?? Like I'm not trying to save up for one of the already absurdly priced gift cards??? This app sucks now.

Bad tracking, poor rewards. The tracking often skips and doesn't track my running, walking and driving. The rewards are stuff that is basically what you get for free or a trial on each site for that specific brand or item. (Still no improvements)

It used to be fine. But the new update is the worse. Not only does it no longer track my trips properly, more than half of the time my trips don't even show up anymore. In addition, the amount of trips you have to retain your status is ridiculous. How are people supposed to maintain that when the app isn't even working properly.

I've been using this app for several years and I love most things about it. Except for the fact that even though I have it set in bus mode because I ride the bus and walk 99% of the time, it always defaults my rides to car rides and I have to go through and change it, and sometimes it doesn't let me. So y'all should fix that

Only logs a fraction of the actual miles even when you change the commute mode, it needs to register a ridiculous amount to even get a prize, and most of the prizes are so low balled and have to be bid for it isn't even worth it. Uninstalling. The Cashwalk app is way better. I've already gotten two rewards in the time I'm sitting at not even close here

So far not impressed. It doesn't track my runs at all with are at the minimum 2 miles each and it isn't tracking any of my long drives either. So I know I'm not getting the miles that are being put in my car as rewards and even those aren't that great. 10k miles for only a $1 coupon (not even joking) it's just not great.

I don't usually leave reviews but this is another example of what used to be a great app and someone had to screw it up. Do you normally carpool? Does your passenger not have a cell phone? Well then no carpool points! You have to force your passenger to get a smartphone and this app and have location services always active to qualify. I will not be recommending this app to anybody else. EDIT: The standard customer service responses are not helpful.

They refuse to have you log a carpool unless all the others in the car have the app too! I can't control what apps people put on their phone! Therefore there is no real benefit to carpooling with this app. But the rewards ARE real!!!
