Was working fine for several yrars until i attempted to get my info for my March, 2019 report. Although the website indicated the date and time of last sync correctly, none of the trips since my last report had synced from the phone to the website. There is no indication on the phone app nor website about how to get help for my problem.
I have been using this app since 2016 without a hitch and have been pleased with its ease of use. I’ve recommended this app to many colleagues. Yesterday, I went to download a report and it says I am not licensed and functionality is disabled. I'm on auto renew and that's not until Sept 2020. I deleted the app and reinstalled. I even tried to repurchase it just to get my reports. Can’t see a way to contact anyone to help me fix. I'll be looking for a new app.
I've used MilesTrac Online for years, but now it says my license is expired (even though I paid in Feb 2020) and I can't run reports. There is no help to be found on the web or in the app. I have loved the simplicity of the app when it worked. I wish I could get some help to get it back up and running again. Absent that, I'd at least like to cancel the auto pay, but I can't even figure out how to do that. Help!
Subscibed in Dec. 2018. tried to access account online today to synch my new phone & the screen tells me my license has expired after just 5 months. No help info on getting license restored. So far very unimpressed & frustrated. Suggest you not waste time or money on this app.
It seems this product is no longer in service and you cannot download your data. This is not a good time to find out when it is Tax time! Can you please allow people to retrieve their yearly data? The product seemed to work fine otherwise.
Changed phones, tried to login on new phone app keeps saying too many attempts try resetting password. I reset password and get same response. No customer service to contact or speak too. Paid money for several years and nothing to show for it.
I've been using this app for several years now without any problems. It's very simple but gets the job done.
Will no longer sync so many records have been lost!

I have been throwing money down the drain! Developer doesn't respond to countless emails. May call State Attorney General to submit a complaint....just cancelled the subscription!

My subscription expired and there is no way to renew it without an entirely new login. I tried from the app and it brought up my existing account with my old credit card. There was no way to change the card. There is also no way to renew from your dashboard screem.
I still have currant paid subscription. Lost ability to export reports, Will not sync reports No response from owner.
subscribed and online website says subscription expired. Tried reaching support but no response. Now have to manually copy my log.
Switched phoned thought this was the same app I used before. Totally not, old app had the ability to email reports, this one nope.... Uninstalling as soon as I get my data off manually. Also apparently you have to subscribe to get add to features, no bueno...

Missing a few key feature s. Like a save button. Have to exit out to save what you are doing. Love the app.
I really liked the app. But it says my license is expired and according to Google Play my subscription is and has been current (auto-renewal). I've tried to contact the developer with no reply. I've tried to uninstall, reinstall the app, cancel and renew the subscription. I greatly wish that I could simply get the website to acknowledge that the license is renewed. I dislike the GPS feature of other apps and have appreciated the simplicity of this one.
