I believe this app has potential, though I suggest adding several things: * switching between imperial and metric units. This will make using the app a lot easier for people outside the US. * Adding an option to implement the replacements into the actual diet, so that the shopping list adjusts itself. * Being able to see the shopping list for multiple days ahead. I doubt that anyone feels like going to the grocery store every day

It's an interesting app but you cannot alter the shopping list contents and if there are any Foods on this list that you're allergic to or don't eat, you have to try to figure out what alternatives you can use. It's too basic with no useful interactive options. Uninstalled.

I love this app!! It keeps me feeling light and it even allows icecream! The one thing I do wish it had is an option for a seven day grocery list. I go shopping once a week on a Saturday/Sunday and the three day grocery list doesn't really cut it. :(

It is awesome tells you what you need to eat and what excrises and how much water, and if you don't like some of the food you can go to the bottom and find substitutions it is wonderful I did it for one day and already lost 3 pounds!!! Love this app easy to follow and works and most of all it's free!!!

Pretty good starter for a healthy diet habit. Effective weight loss for the first few weeks, probably shouldn't be continued for a long period of time. Simple and easy to implement. Diet effectiveness depends on body type so it would be wise not to take the numbers in the app seriously, such as 10lbs weight loss per week.

I am yet to find a military diet app with a swap option, when I want to substitute a meal, ice cream for apple juice for example I would like to be able to see the amount of calories I require of apple juice and be able to swap in the meal plan so that it automatically updates my shopping list. I would gladly pay for this!

You should add an option to compare or save results between rounds. As soon as the 3 days are up, your progress is deleted if you start another round.

So far, so good! The only thing I'd like to see is a grocery list for a week or two at a time, instead of just 1 day. I love that items can be swapped out, and that you're allowed to eat ice cream... It's keeping me sane 😉

Downloaded and uninstalled after 10 minutes! All measurements and ingredients focused on the American market... How big exactly is a 'cup' of something and WTH is a saltine cracker, for those of us in the rest of the world? Really wish apps like this would explain which market their aimed at and not waste our time :-( Great if it works for you though.

It has good info but it's pretty impossible for me to use these methods without being able to filter out peanut butter due to food allergies. Maybe if they had a filter then everyone could use it

After 6 days I lost 6 pounds so you may need to do it twice if you didn't lose weight in the first 3 days which is fine BECUASE 6 pounds in less than a week is alot! And I didn't even go exactly according to the diet coz on day 3,4,5 I ate snacks. And on day 2 I eat spaghetti with sausage for lunch 😅 but I exciesed each day and bruned 500 calories for 6 days and I lost weight in the end :) oh and if u really want it to work don't eat dinner on the 6th day eat like little snacks on 3 or 4 pm.
