Of all of the "MILITARY DIET" apps available, this one has some of the best features: At a glance photos of your meal. List of possible substitutions listed along side each meal. Great and simple explanations. The only drawback is the advertisements and no options to pay for a no ad version. 4.5 Star. 5 Star if an opportunity to buy a no ad version is added.
Down 5lbs! I have used this app many times when I want to drop a few pounds and when I stick to it and exercise, I always lose weight. I don't have much to lose as I'm within normal limits so weight comes off slower. The only thing I'd recommend is adding the 4 other days of menus that can be found online under military diet.
It's a good app. Has good content. But get rid of the ads. Nobody looks at them and they appear Everytime you press the back button or exit the page. It constantly asks to rate the app after I've done it twice.
Liked this app, love the info on it but the ads can be, for lack of a better word, overwhelming. But overall good experience.
Clear and easy to follow. I like the fact that the substitutions are on the same page as the days menu, it's very helpful and great for an easy reference.
this app is assembled with all the tools needed to reach your goals.one thing missing, a shopping list. very irritating to have to give a review every time you try to leave the page. 😡😡😡
Too many adverts...I wouldn't recommend it..fair enough you need to make money but if you open there's an advert then another to look at things... it makes the app a big advert with little to no use....
I love this diet. I've used it before. it really works. I am glad it is presented here showing substitutes.Because let's face it, some foods don't always agree with our bodies and what we consume. This is very helpful.
Easy to follow with substitute food list that makes this easier on using what's in your pantry/kitchen. No special shopping.
Adverts no good every 10 seconds so annoying. The app is set out good so can see it all.
I've only just downloaded it and looked around, but it looks promising! It's very straightforward and easy to understand. I might update my review in a week after I try it out!

Great app I lose 5lbs to 8lbs everytime I use it. Only cons I cannot see the 1st meal menu only the picture.
luv this eating program it's even trained me that I don't need snacks on my days of and I luv the food I haven't eaten ice cream for that long I can't even remember would just like to know the calories for the days of menu other than that this is a perfect and satisfying eating plan this would be easily substanable luv luv luv it 😁😁😁😁😁

Haven't tried yet but I will give an Update soon I get a Positive Results. I am 5.1" 59 years Age and Obese 170 Pounds. I need to loose 50 Pounds. I am Disabled and can not do any Exercise Unfortunately!

Pros: * Great graphics * Great suggestions on substitutions * Easy to understand and follow it -Cons: * Unless you Google the rest of the four days, you are left to your own devices * The menu is covering the Breakfast and you miss any introductions prior to them * I believe, that the "Before & After" pictures are not accurate, and they are actually misleading. A lot of people with muscles and good shape in the "Afters" 🤔 If it was that easy and simple everybody would be doing it!! Be real!!
