During my 3 days this app has pretty much become my bible. Not only is the layout easy to follow but it also includes helpful tips and explanations behind why some lost more than others so you're not making the same critical mistakes. I have lost 8lbs during my 3 days and an additional 2lbs up to my day 6. For those of you who are trying this, this is a week long diet. The 3 days set you up for a successful week and depending on your choices for days 4-7 you can get maximum results!
if you ever meet me. im stinkin fat. so. i tried this once. it was so hard to eat the grapefruit without just not eating it all. then it got down to the juice... i couldnt drink it.. so my sister did sence we were both doing it and she just was doing it for the cause of me. so.. great app. the last time i did it my sister was on a website not the app.. and i just found out there is a app so. awesome app for fat people and just skinny people in genreal to keep the fat away. 10/10 (sorry for like a long backstory and such xDDDD)-Star
Everyone's talking about how they've lost some amount of weight on this. As a woman who's been overweight since her first child four years ago I'm very interested. But my question is is it safe to be losing that much weight at one time
Im a vegetarian and id say its the best.. ( yes vegetarians can get fat we like cake too)
This app had way more information than expected. But the only problem for me was the drop down box. Why is it that the background is gray but the letters are white. Fix this and I'll definitely rate this with 5 stars
I lost 9 lb in three days. It wasn't easy, but it worked.
I have been using this app for a solid two months. 15 pounds gone in the first two weeks. 23 pounds gone in the first month. Day 63 is 34.4 pounds lost. About to recycle day 1 again for the 10th time. I was 230 pounds with a 41" waist on April 1 2016, now I am 195.6 pounds with a 36" waist. Friend Brushami on myfitnesspal to see my results!
So far everything has been pretty up front about what it is you need to do no bullshit. unlike some other weight loss apps.
I tried this to lose a little weight between Thanksgiving and Christmas! I dropped 10 pounds in three days and kept it off since! It's an effective diet and anyone can make it 3 days on a diet. I love that there is substitutes for just about everything on the diet!!
I totally agree with Cody Backer as a former vet i was disappointed that no directions for cold wet scrambled eggs salt and tabasco..or...copenhagen brewed with your coffee...or even exercise...chain smoke two marboro reds throw in a dip then run 2.5 miles smoke some more ...place a fresh dip then finish out 2.5 miles more...where does the app even have for cheap whiskey intake it is a key componet when losing wieght ... Drink until passed out then wake up zero dark 30 and run until you barf and run some more .....
Lost 8lb in the 1st week. Probably would have lost more if I had excerised more. And defo going to carry on this plan for the rest of the month.
I use this app occasionally, works great..it gets the job done!

Is it alright to start this at 13? I hate being over weight, and I am trying to get fit for football.
Are you able to eat the same meal all 3days? Like can I eat only day 1 meals all 3 days?.
Im going to try this for a month to see what happens. What can I sub in for the banana? Im allergic to them.
Keeps me in shape ....do not need to lose weight ...but keeps me in shape an alert .
App was great. The diet sucked. I gained 4 lbs. in my 1st week.

My starting weight was 179.6 I did the military diet for 3 day but I didn't exercise I now weight 173.0.....I shed 6 lbs in 3 day.....GREAT!!!! I will continue for another 30 day....

Can you eat like strawberrys as a snack or no?? And can you have snacks?
. . . . very similar to the 4:3 system (or Every Other Day Diet) I already use but that's, as it states, every other day not three days in a row. Although mine does work very well so I guess this one should too? Only issues I think with this is the instruction to eat 'Hot Dogs', seriously!?!?! And there could do with being a bigger calorie intake difference on the diet and non diet days to wake up the body's metabolism a little better.
Used this for my son going into the Marines. Had to loose 20# in 20 days. It worked! Also use it for my other son with wrestling. In addition to the diet we always have a nutritional protein with greens smoothie/shake in the morning and before bed. One teaspoon each maca powder, wheat grass powder, spirulina powder, and one tablespoon raw organic cocao powder in almond milk.
