Like the app but needs improvement. Results only show your specific selection. For example, when you select 2 baths, it will not show results including 2.5 baths. This is inconvenient for all parties involved.
Did a search in San Diego with very little filters and only places in Florida showed up in the search, even though I said less than 10 miles away. Did a local search in Virginia Beach and an error popped up on every listing I clicked. We will be selling our house in the next year to PCS, I will NOT be using this app to do it.
The app does not make it easy to search. Needs a more convenient way to search local listings. There needs to be filter options.. Very frustrating.
Sometimes transitioning between the different screens is cumbersome, it freezes and you have to open and close the app. Then you lose your search.
Constantly closing when trying to add to favorites. I would like more filter options. People do not update statuses in a timely manner.
This app is not user friendly. You can't get any listings to populate on the app even when the website shows tons. Just use the website, not the app.
I sometimes find houses that are on the site but no longer available. I've reported it but homes still remain on the site. Also, need more pictures of the property.
Doesn't allow you to save homes, also crashes everytime you try.
Just started using it and supposedly there are no houses near the place we want to move to. So yea uninstalled.

Fail. Looking for properties for rent at JBLM, WA and results populate for areas in South Carolina. Changed to another base on Washington and it gave me results for North Carolina
Easy and very effective in showing your property to a large number of interested & qualified customers.
I have to restart from the beginning too much!
Worth the money
I enjoyed the listings not found elsewhere. However, I have not been able to use the contact feature on the app. I have to use a different app to contact the renter.
Made for older versions of Android and doesn't work on 9 beta 4.
Cannot access your own homes you have for rent or sale.
Can't manage your listings with mobile app. Need to use a computer. Uninstalled
It's better to use the website. The filters on the app suck. If you select to filter by #of bedrooms, it only searches for the exact #, so instead of, say 3+ BR, it only shows 3-BR listings. You can only search by base and not city, and you can't put a mile radius to filter either, so you'll see listings that are over an hour drive away! The website has issues too, but better than this app. Oh yeah, and it resets itself every time I try to save a listing or contact the owner -- frustrating!
