I would have given this app 0 rating if I would have an option. This is ridiculous company 😡. I'm frustrated with the process and app. It's app doesn't work properly. There is no order history, wallet is manually entered. I have lost around 500 bucks which was there in wallet but whenever I connect them on what's up (note that there is no phone number of this company), they always say, I'll get back to you but never came back. I've now forgotten my wallet amount. I don't recommend this app.
I always face issues with billing. There is no description for charges. Worst customer service. They will never resolve issues. I made big mistake to change Daily Ninja to Milk 365. There is no consistency to delivering items. Even though they don't deliver they charge money. Some times they charge more than what they suppose to charge. I am really tired to deal with customer service. I will never suggest this app.
One of the worst apps and worst services I ever used. All our money got stuck in the app, and we are even unable to login. The customer care never responds, and even if they do, they just keep saying for months that there is some technical issue and we are looking into your problem. I want my money back!!
Do not use this app as it is bogus. They do not respond properly and now suddenly left a text message that they are stopping their operations in Hyderabad, my money is stuck in the wallet and I cannot transfer it to any other source. They will not transfer this amount at all. So please be careful before downloading this app. It is a fraudulent app. They have issues always. Zero stars to this!
Don't belive this app, I had very bad experience, they will ask advance payment but if we cancel no one responds and no proper user interface, it's highly not possible to solve if any problem comes. I stopped with loss of 2k. Still trying to get my money back.
Not user friendly and don't have basic change options. Also wallet should get adjusted based on the user buying preferences. It should show how much is the existing money and how much need to add when user buying new product or opted for change of the product.
This is a bogus app.They have stopped their operations from November 11th without any prior notice. Please don't recharge in this app. They may not return your money. Support team is not reachable on phone, whatsapp or mail. Their customer survice is very bad. I have paid subscription for 2 months , they are not delivering milk at all. Also they are not returning my money back after 20 days . I have 3730 balnce in Wallet, but they transferred 840 only to FTH app.
Worst design and copying from other app i would share the design pics but no such option This application is waste of time, data, money Application h as issue with order generation I tried placing the order but it's not moving to next screen from cart. I would rather suggest milkbasket because milk365 has copied everything from it.
They customer care doesn't respond to our issues. Money in the wallet cannot be used. The app is full of bugs.On clicking the forgot password, the app didn't send any otp or reset code. Raised a request several times nd waiting for the reply from the past one month.
Horrible app. Horrible service. I have been following up for a refund for last 7 days and each time they say it will be processed in 12 hrs/24 hrs but not refunding. And everytime you chat with Support via this App, despite registration, they ask what is registered mobile no., what is the issue and you have explain the whole story from the start. They don't realize that the customer is struggling from LAST 7 days. Each time, for them, its a fresh start. Be aware and stay away from Milk365
Providing this review after used this service for almost a year. Initially they were really good and promising interms of delivery and service, as the time progress service seems like their least priority. I am continuously providing feedback via whatsapp, Service will be good for few days again discontinuation in time or provinding different milk brand is happening. Now if this continuous I need to think for alternatives even though I dont want to.
Milk365 is no more supplying milk products and it was closed permanently. Before I got an information from them I loaded amount and requested for refund. They took account details and said with in 5-7 business days amount will be credited into my account. 30 days are over, I haven't received money. There is no proper response from them. Customer care number is never connects and for emails they will not responding. Finally do not download this app.
Have been using this app for last 3 months, pathetic, especially delivery. had to spent 20 minutes every morning to get it delivered, no refunds for missed deliveries even after multiple follow ups. Got an email this morning that their operations in Hyderabad is stopped. Almost 1500 rupees is still wth them on hold. No response to mails, no calls or chats...dont get cheated.
Fraud app They take money and will not provide service. They created the app just to raise money.. Never opt for their service. Shame on its creators.. My area is unserviceable as per their mapping. Whereas the money I requested for refund has been shown as completely used without even a single delivery.. Such a useless team they have.. Multiple escalations but no resolution. Beware of this fraudulent app. Edit after your response : don't just defend your service. It's worst I tell you..
The delivery was late at the start but lately they have been on time and deliveries are consistent. Definitely recommended. Edit: as of now the app no longer works
Absolute fraud.... I paid Rs. 4560/- more then 3 months back and after chasing for some 50 times they started delivering some 10 days back. Of these they haven't delivered 4 times. Wallet Balance and amount on hold is always zero. So don't know what they are deducting after every delivery or non delivery. They always say that they are working on the backend..The founders live in Australia, so practically out of reach and fooling around with people here. Beware of these frauds.
Worest service and bad customer support. I never suggest this app to order milk and other products. Person came to my home and explained about their startup service and also told giving personal number in case any problems but when I contacted told it's customer care number. This is the first cheat. I added money in wallet and requested to change order with different milk but even after 15 days no update. I wasted my Time and money. Almost every day I am calling and they tell 24 hours. Worest
My money rs.333 got trapped. Even after having balance of rs 333 it's asking to add money. The customer support is of worst quality not responding properly even if responded not solving the issue. Simply get away by saying "we will inform our backend team". I would not recommend anyone to download and get their money trapped. There is no cancel button for orders and theye are not delivering just taking away money.
Worst app. showing only four places for delivery in ap. Try to be polite with cstmrs and don't be arrogant. I'm not spreading any negative rumours. I gave review to only what I have faced in the app and I do have absolute freedom and right to express my opinion. U said you are showing only those places where you are serving but nowhere it is mentioned that you are serving only four places. You could have mentioned that in the app brief so that our valuable time and money could have been saved
Very horrible app nd service.I have money 156+ 520(on hold) in my wallet and all of a sudden money went disappearing. They stopped the milk delivery and no refund till now. Customer support is unavailable and no response wen dropped an email. Beware of adding money to the wallet. Bogus app.
Service has been satisfactory. Especially, during this lockdown period, when none supplied the milk, this vendor has supplied. I really appreciate their service. Their mobile App is not that great, but manageable. Overall, I am happy.
I don't know why Play Store having this kind of apps. This app is not working properly. I registered with my mail and mobile number. When I try to login with mail it's not working. I try so many time with my mail but it's not working 😭.. don't waste time guys...

Worst App. From past 15 days I am following up for my money as there was no delivery. The customer care doesn't reply even via live chat,calls or emails. I have lost around 15 days of milk worth money. I don't see any business numbers working any more. Too bad experience with this app.
Writing after using it for more than 2 months. It seems things are more manual driven than automated. Transactions not reflect in time. Refunds never happen on time. Cutomercare is pathetic: phone and mail support are useless while chat support is bit responsive but they can't provide resolution. One good part, for which I gave 1 star, is delivery. So far delivery was good expect the goof ups due to their back end systems. Overall, it works but you are gone if need any support.
