This app is so cluttered. The UI looks horrible on Android and half of the time it logs me out and I can't log back in again. It's not my WiFi causing this problem as multiple people in my form have faced this issue. I now can't do replacement work that was set on milk while my school is closed. This needs to be fixed. Otherwise it is great for functionality when it works.
It is a great app but it sometimes gets very glitchy and is annoying that you have to keep refreshing it to see a homework/message. Also it should, be able to show house points and behaviour points like it does on the web version. In other words, it should have the same features as the web version.
Always crashes which understandable under the certain circumstances now, but it used to before and these happen too often, meaning I can't access what homework I need to do. Notifications are also quite unreliable and the whole system just needs an reboot.
The notification system is awful, it only works some of the time and it sends you notifications for things you have already looked at. Also, the conversation bar covers messages making some content unreadable
Okay. I like this app a lot as it helps with school, however, the servers has been down for around 3 days now. I am wondering as to why this has happened as I cannot check if I have any homework. Please fix this issue, and I'll change my review. Thank you.
It's Ok and useful because you know that you can't lose your homework unless you lose your phone. On the other hand this app is not excellent because of the fact that some children might not have a phone, in which this case they are not capable of downloading the app "milk". I have experienced not having a phone so I could not receive my homework through this app; but the upper side to this is that parents can download this app aswell as us children so I could receive my homework through my mum.
Needs android dark mode integration, live refresh, and could use material design cues. Status bar tinting from Android L isn't even implemented. Notifications need to have some detail in them rather than "you have received an assignment". Overall not very pleasant to use but does get the job done
whenever i get homework i get notified. its great, now i never get my homework done late. It is very helpful, but we should be able to notify teachers if we need help, just like a help button. other then that its fantastic.
Problems with the app, it's says there's a problem with my connection and it won't log me in otherwise. Please sort this app out. I've checked everything my side and there's no issues with my side so it's the app itself.
I've been trying to open a file that i need for the entire term for a subject, but it's not opening; and what is even worse is that my teacher sends it every lesson, and it doesn't open on any of the homeworks. This has happened before, as well. Other than that, however, it's fine.
It's an amazing app, and is a great way to organise yourself; at the touch of a button, you have your timetable, your homework, and everything else that you could possibly need right here.
Not great. Very helpful for Homework but the timetable changes all the time and this app is rather unreliable.
Can be slow to update. It's very difficult to swap between 2 children at different schools.
A great way to plan your secondary school life, not only does it tell you your homework but your attendance and awards as well. I would recommend this to every school globaly
Good app, always reminds me what homework I have got, would recommend it to all schools. Only gone wrong twice in my 3 years of secondary education.
Says there is an update, click update now and nothing happens. Tells me I have a message, open it, message not shown. Drives me mad!
The quality is dreadful and always glitches. I wouldn't advise that anyone uses it and that the app should be terminated
its really good app reminds me what lesson i have next and tells me when my homework is due but the only thing not that good about is that it logs you out all the time and you can't get back into it you have the change your password all the time it should save your password but it don't but its still a good app 5hey is no hate about it its good when your on holiday or you have broke up from school and it can tell you what homework you have to your teaches don't have to email xx
Its very useful to keep on top of kids' homework! .... along as teachers enter it! Fully recommended. Easy to understand.
Has crashed so many times, just doesnt work anymore. Terrible app
Awful crashes constantly, logs me out, i understand the situation currently but it but it was doing this way before covid-19 and this app is unbeneficial
UI bugs, terrible servers. Down at least once a month.
This is a very reliable app especially if it is in connection with schools and is very easy to access. I highly recommended this app.
Been waiting for this for a long time!!! As a parent with a busy life trying to multitask with work, family & everyday life. I am able to get info about my child instantaneously without having to contact the school or teachers or receptionist all the time, wether their in lessons or I'm at work.....so this cuts out the middle man....& I can see my child's attendance, progress, detentions, homework etc...so if my child is not being open about their tasks in school, with this brilliant app there is no cutting corners.....your able to go direct to the source # Thoroughly happy parent!!!!
Terrible app cannot do any school work in quarantine hardly runs on alot of devices cheers for putting people behind in their education.
Allways crashes and also sends nodifications saying that i have a new assignment when i dont have any new messages or homework ive not completed
The fact that an internet connection is required to use the app is pretty inconvenient. Also, the app will randomly sign out quite a lot. But the timetable feature is helpful, and it is nice to receive notifications when you receive work or a message. One feature that would be helpful is a comment section for the pupils going the homework. For example, a pupil could ask a question about the work, and instead of the teacher being the only one who can respond, other pupils could help.
