App is too slow. When you navigate from one tab to other. App gets stuck and doesn't respond. Though it was informed many times. Still problem continue to exist. They ask to clear cache and all but that doesn't work. Team should focus on increasing server capacity or else improve the code quality for faster search. I didnt face this problem with any other apps in my phone. This is the only app. Which gives lot of pain.
Really service and products are very good and price, discounts are competitive. But, very frequently hanging the app and closed forcely when I browse the products and after the adding every item to the cart. It's very irritating to use this app. please improve the functionality. Also FYI, I am using the updated version of milkbasket.
Pathetic Experience. Item added in cart are not showing nor delivered. Not able to check the balance. App UI hang very frequently. Is there any option to get the refund of money added in wallet. Seems like a scam. Be aware before added any amount. App is not responding, each page are showing blank. You can't do anything to access your order. Very Bad experienc.
I am a returning customer but was happy with the earlier version of the app. The current version is very slow and disappears from the foreground all of a sudden. But keeps running in the background. This really testing my patience. Please release an update ASAP or you might end up losing customer base only because of the app.
This app is slow. I am happy with delivery of goods and selection, but what annoys me is that app is very slow. It looks like it is using heavy animations or graphics to display items. I am using Google pixel . Very bad, we have to always close and open the app. The response is slow. Taking to time display the items Slow graphics.
All is very good except app performance. This is the most horribly slow app I have ever seen. Takes many seconds to respond to a single click. I have reported slowness several times and provided mobile details also. By the time i finish my ordering, for 'every click', it will display, 'milkbasket isn't responding' popup. Is any work being done to improve speed?
Please take off the heavy ad banners so that your more viable features can be used. The app just does not load beyond the main page. When I click on any category, the app just crashes. It happens on both OnePlus5 and OnePlus9 Pro. I see similar complaints in other reviews, but you simply don't seem to care. Your service is excellent, and the app seems to be counterintutive, I just can't order anything.
Smooth ordering experience. Good range of product and a great way to welcome a new user with a sweet gift. Milkbasket does everything right. If you prefer to get your essentials online. Milkbasket is surely a way as it's a perfect mix of technology and human touch. Multiple orders made, not a single problem faced. Kudos milkbasket.
App is laggy and slow. Every time "APP IS NOT RESPONDING" error message appears. When I search any product, I need to wait for 30 seconds just for it to load. It keeps stopping for multiple times. Please optimise the app. Should be run smoothly. Still not any improvement. App always stopped. Too much slow.
Th service and deliveries are good, but the app it self is really bad. Even if i have to add a single product I have to restart the app. Slow to switch between screens and most of the time completely unusable. I hope the developers fix these issues soon else I will have to switch to other apps.
UX design and the business concept is good. But the app is getting hanged very frequently. It happens when we add items to Basket and only option is to kill the app and relaunch again. I'm using a device with high configuration so memory or storage shouldn't be a problem. Please look into the issue.
The app hangs all the time and us very slow. The high monthly charges for delivery has made me wonder if I should continue with the app. Delivery charges,if at all should be per order. Also, for customers who buy from the app regularly, they should waive off the charges. Swiggy instamart provides free delivery. Would rather shift.
Very bad experience, i use it on daily basis but open very slow, help & contact us is not working, 2 times it happened that items are very bad quality and i am not getting any option to get help on this , when I click help page goes blank and same with contact page goes blank. As technical person understands you are trying to update application but guys this application can't mark you as market leader , people started to uninstall, yesterday itself 3 person uninstall due to this in frontofme
The app does not work. I was happy to receive a 250 cashback when I made the account but its been more than an hour and I could not even add 4 items in the cart without the app crashing every 15 seconds and running so slow as if my device is not a smartphone but a potato. Hope this is resolved fast otherwise the ratings would keep going down.
The algorithm to search for products is extremely poor and will yield unrelated results. You cannot search for products immediately after entering the app, you have to wait till half a minute or so. Additionally, it is impossible to recharge wallet through a debit card payment (axis bank is one example) as neither the one time password arrives nor you can complete payment on bank website. If you choose the latter, the payment interface simply errors out.
okay, I'm changing my review from 5 stars to one star for the sole reason that the app is just too painfully slow. I love the service otherwise. It's come to a point where i can't even order groceries and have to use other services. Contacted the customer care and developer contact but the response is quite opposite to the reputation that milk basket carries. The ticket was closed after suggesting that i upgrade my OS, my app, clear cache, etc. But it's not just me, it's everybody else too!
It's a really good app. The quality of the fruits and vegetables are also good. Well managed. I have been using it for 7 months now. Only had problem with order once in 7 months. That is a really good success rate. The food is cheaper from the local market because of all the cashback schemes. Overall very good work by milk basket.
Slow and laggy app. It is surprising that even after Jio acquired it, the old development team was not fired. They do not know how to optimize an app for performance. They're simply trying to run a very hacky app. Keeps crashing and runs super slow. I hope they get a new and reliable team.
The service is very good. But the app is very very poor. The app keeps lagging and hangs and it is very difficult to add products. Very bad user experience! For such a great service, I hope they change the user interface!
This service was pretty decent when they started . Off late their service has deteriorated to an almost unusable level . The app tends to hang at every use and needs to be exited and restarted . Touch response to selections is painfully slow . The door delivery experience is a hit and miss affair . When they do miss a delivery getting resolution takes a long time . Deliveries show as delivered on the app but in reality no delivery has happened .
Terribly slow and buggy app. Frequently crashes and freezes up all the time. Usage is a test of patience and the app has got slower over time. Editing to update after developers response: I have the latest update of the app and it is unusably slow! The latest version has fixed nothing in this regard.
Worst app experience ever. It gets stuck, crashes or is unresponsive. Can't even add one item to cart in one go. It crashes atleast 5 times before I can add one item. Just waiting for the wallet balance to get over, so that I can uninstall it. Seriously the app tests your patience
Recent updates has made the app extremely sluggish and non responsive.. opted this specially for the ease of use..now it's becoming difficult to continue using this.. please fix or probably lots of people like me will surely move away to freshtohome etc... Just now reinstalled the app. But of no use. Screen gets stuck or disappears if I try to select any tab. Very much disappointed. Big basket was much better than this. No other apps act like this in my mobile. And I am not going to mail you regarding this. Because it's waste of time. I am waiting to zero my wallet balance and uninstall this app permanently.
