Download the Smart IZI App on you smartphone and ensure that your Millennium bim mobile contract is active. Use your 4 digit Mobile Banking (PIN IZI) access code to login on your Smart IZI APP.
Download requirements: To download the APP, internet connection is required (wi.fi or 3G) as well as the Android operating system (minimum requirement for installation is 4.0 Android version). Some smartphones due to their characteristics might have to use the previous version of the APP (IZI).Core operations:

The app is okay. It allows most of bank operation. I'd recommend not to block purchases of some amount voucher, but instead just alert the user about similar operations

I have been using this app for 2 years now and I have never been disappointed for once or twice either. You are able to manage your account at the comfort of wherever you are and a Pdf is generated for your transactions when you need it, Awesome. The 4 star is 95% and the one star is a room for improvement that I believe I might have missed. However, my experience has been great.
Good but activation code is very tuff and pain of head, BIM don't send activation code
I love the app but there is one problem... it is not clear that there is a menu of services on the left side I spent one year without knowing that the menu of services existed because it is impossible to know if you don't accidentely slide the screen so that the menu will pop up because there is no mark or button to show us that the bar is there...
UPDATE: I have been called and the problem promptly fixed. They were attentive until it was solved. Many thanks to the developing team. The next star is deserved. "I generally like the app, but it refuses to show me my favourites. It records them, but whenever I would like to use, there are no favorites to show. What could be the issue? Thanks in advance."
The app doesn't allow to manage favorites.
Previous version had a much better user experience. This one is super slow. Besides that, it seems that one cannot retrieve a voucher for airtime (codigo de Recarga). How can this be done? Took some time to find through the carrousel. You should add left and right buttons to the carrousel.
I have been using this app for a long time. Just updated my phone software and the app has been a shadow of itself. Keeps showing "error we apologize but at the moment it is not possible to satisfy your request." I uninstalled and installed it, but same old story. Can't even activate the app anymore.
My app stopped, it is no longer working properly. I deleted the version I had and reinstalled but it keeps saying "timeout error". My mobile phone settings allow to install such app, so I don't know what is going on... Please, help!

Easy and useful app
I disliked that now I have to look at advertisement while using the app. It's distracting and annoying. Keep the ads before the login like in the previous version of the app.

APP IS SLOW WITH NEW UPDATE. Please look into this. App is excruciatingly slow now with the redesign. Simple tasks that were instantaneous before like checking balance and transferring money, now take ages to load.

Application does not work well. There will be an time that you try to open the app but it does not respond only showing the millennium BIM logo no matter you do. I was on the travel and this app had let me down.
I use this application since the first version, but the last one is simply spectacular. with the cardless I have my bank in my pocket where I can carry out transactions as if I were at the counter

Good transactional application. I have been using the app for almost six months and I'm able to do all of my financial transactions with no problems.
I love this app ♥️♥️, it just need more features like Obtaining any Online Statement/Pdf with it. So the app is the best there's no issues, maybe you don't know how to use it guys this is the best. All thanks to the developer 👌❤️
