International transfer page stops to work after update. You cannot copy/paste IBAN or write IBAN coz it leads to application stops immediately. Operational system is Android 7.0

I have both cheque and savings accounts - why do I need to enter a multichannel code to transfer money from one to the other?? I've already given a passcode to log in and the money is still within my accounts. It makes no sense, its very annoying.

It is good they now allow to update info on the App but the Scan functionality is NOT GOOD. The App is unable to focus. I have had to retry several times. But the scans always are bad. When I scan outside if the App my pictures are perfect. Please fix this. And also allow clients to bypass this until you fix it by allowing upload of pictures taken outside of the App. Thank you

It works as expected except on the mbway functions. Sometimes it takes a lot of time to get to the code reader. It looks like that it has problems communicating with the Samsung m21 camera. A few times, it just didn't, specially when it needs to read the code again . One major flaw: no notifications for mbway movements. I need the mbway app also installed to receive notifications of transfers to my account

After installing it on different cell phones I confirmed that the SCAN ID functionality does not work on the ZTE V8 Blade Runner cell phones. It fails to do a good scan under any lightning circumstances. But it works well on the Motorola Moto cell phones. It would be convenient to fix this as many clients may use ZTE. I did not have a chance to test on other chinese brands like Xiaomi or Huawey. It would be interesting to have users comment on this.

Logs out when leaving the window and does not allow split screen. This makes it hard to use as I can not copy paste and have to write numbers on a piece of paper and enter them manually if doing bill payments or transfers. I use the PC web version except in emergencies. Not good, move up to the computer age, please.

Well new 3D secure authentication via the app doesn't work at all. Each & every time I try to authorize payments the 3D authentication is already expired. Whats the point of even adding authentication if this app doesn't even work. I haven't been able to make online transactions. This has left me so frustrated. This has to be taken seriously its been more than 2 months since this problem came through

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!! Since they changed the set-up of this app I am unable to pay for services and the app switches off unexpectedly. Instead of saving time I am now wasting time and having to resort to the long winded online method!!! Why change something that worked perfectly well before.

New bank app is better than before.I find this app quite useful but i believe there is still a lot of improvements to be made.The app closes unexpectedly.Everytime you change phone we have to change user code which is either done at a bank branch or we have to phone millennium.Transferring money to savings accounts is slightly complicated eg: app savings account.Account menu is not easy to check and change settings . Mwallet was working better before i have had some issues at the shops

Used to work with finger print login only. Lately it has been additionally asking the PIN code, completely ignoring my finger print. Now it shows everything as "offline" once i've logged in. I tried to redownload the app from the official source because there are 2 Millenium apps for no reason. The QR code download doesn't work at all. Time consuming for nothing. I had to reinstall everything again.
