Cannot sign up as a new user. After entering email for a verification code, every time it goes back to main login screen. edit: finally signed up as a user. now I can't do anything because clicking any submit button returns an error that communication preferences can't be saved. I will be discussing with my employer the efficacy of continuing with milliman as a service provider. There is no reason a legitimate product should be this difficult to use.
Tapping on an account or the arrows does nothing. If you press the back button it asks you to logout and you have no way to get back to the landing page. There are a lot of issues with this app.
So frustrating!!! Oh my God I just want to check my finances and EVERY SINGLE TIME I cant because I get locked out. I changed my password and I tried to log in and guess what? It says wrong password. And I tried to activate the fingerprint login and it doesn't even work, it let's me scan my fingerprint and then it goes back to the blank login page. Every time I want to check I have to do password reset even though I KNOW I have my password right. Its so irritating and inconvenient.
How about you fix the added security now, Everytime I login now I have to resend for a code each time. 7/12/21: Update: I installed and reinstalled and it's the same problem. 10/25/21: app is asking for security questions again after reinstalling app again. 1/11/22: App goes blank, have to uninstall and reinstall each time just to get in the app.
This is one of the least user-friendly apps I have ever used. Milliman: you have enough money to afford to pay a better developer to design this app. Are there ample security features? This is so poorly designed and the functionality is awful. If you did this in-house, it was a mistake. Don't cheap out on your customers; they are your revenue stream.

Wow! Kudos to Milliman for actually listening to us. I wrote to them quite some time ago and told them that they needed to do the biometric fingerprint thing. And what do you know? They actually did! Great! Makes life much easier. It definitely looks like they've worked on the app-several improvements, and for that I am appreciative.
This app never works. About to login and that is able it. Even the website, it encounters error often. Please fix it. Let me save everyone sometime. The last update was 2019 so don't bother installing it.
The app lets me log in then when i check my account it keeps going to a error screen. My company is getting tired of millimans run around and not just the app.... Update it is april 9 2021 and i was able to access my funds for a hour until again i have "access denied to many redirects" appearing. Please fix the app or google should remove it.
When registering, if you switch apps to check your texts or emails for a verification code, the app wipes your progress and makes you start over. Otherwise, pretty good.
I have always disliked this service for a few reasons 1 being it tells me my user name is wrong I went and did find user name. Then type the CORRECT user name sent to me they say no name found. Did this 3 times. Finally the password reset now I know what anwsers i put to the questions well those are not correct according to them.😞 it does this EVERY time i try to log in. Have tried to call also i really wish my company used some other service. Every time this happens for months now.
This app sux, you type in one wrong username or password it locks you out. Then if you forget your user name or password, it asks for your DOB. Its not a type it in and go, it's a click by month and it starts on today's date. I had to click 576 times to get to my DOB. Thank goodness I'm not 80 years old, or I would still be clicking. Best thing to do is use your computer, and dont use milliman, to much BS...they say because of security reasons, but it's all BS.
horrible. you have to swipe the screen to enter your DOB. they need to have it coded to allow you to change the month, day, and year independently.
If you enter a date in the App it makes you go backwards one month at a time from today. You can't type the date in........super annoying!
Consistently tells me my account is locked. And that my username and password don't match. Just an overall terrible app.
this app is horrible. it never works. you have to scroll thru years of a caledar just to find your birthday, then it tells you an error occurred. i would not recommend this app to anyone. it is horrible.
This has to be the worse app I've ever sed!!! It's impossible just to try to open it. Good luck trying to keep up with your account!..... Fair enough!
App is broke. Put in correct login info and it just says account is locked even though I can continue to login from web browser without issue
I don't know what the people are having problems with on this app. It's easy and informative. But I'm a Boomer so I wasn't looking to get entertained in 4k with free Starbucks with it. I just like facts, ease of use and a great company. I got all 3 here.
App has many errors having to use desktop version. Needs to invest more into customer service and interface.
Used to work. Has been broken for years. Can't trust these liars. They won't fix it if you call. Can't get in ever. Havent been able to use app for 2 years. Cant believe we use them. Zero stars.
Horrible, emailed customer service and they just blew me off. They basically said forget this app and go online. Why offer it if you know it always crashes?
App stops working atleast once a month. I have to uninstall and redownload to make it work again. 🤨
Locked me out on my 1st attempt to use it. Too many hoops to jump thru. To hell with the app. I'll just visit the office.
Will not take my authentication. Keeps locking me out when I login, and when I reset password it locks me out again saying incorrect😡😡😡😡😡😡

Constantly crashes. Can't hardly log in most of the time. Very poor app. I would expect better from someone who's controlling my money. Update. Can't login. Goes to a log out page. Unless app. Deserves a below zero score
