If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! This app is trash. I can't even make an account because it says my "telephone number is already in use" for this app. What a coincidence that the person who had my cell number before me had an account with this app as well. I just got this new number 1 month ago. Why do they permanently keep a cell number associated with an account instead of an EMAIL ADDRESS when verifying?? People change numbers often. This is absurd and someone needs to change it!!
Another winner. Couldn't get my account activated as they said that my phone number couldn't be used because you can't use virtual numbers. I wrote back and explained that it was a real phone number that I have had for 12 years. No response. Don't waste your time with this one. Update: It's a problem, not an "issue." The fact that they see it as an "issue" speaks volumes.
'22 Update:They won't remove my account so that I could setup anew. NEWLY UPDATED: Support doesn't respond at all, DELETE MY ACCOUNT!!! UPDATED: I reached out to these ppl by email and no one contacted me back. Their response on here was just for show. Smfh. Don't waste your time with this app!! __I've been waiting days for my account to become verified and no one answered my feedback that I sent to them!!! This is a wasteful app. Very disappointed that I never could meet anyone on his app smfh.
will not let you update the new version. you get to the app and it says download new version. you click it, it goes to the app store to show no update available. uninstalled and reinstalled, twice. still have the same issue. this was a great app up until this update. have now lost connections with people because of this

this app used to work perfectly fine but now that i've downloaded it again and made a new account it wont text me the code to verify my account! ive double checked and everything. Still now text.
I have forgotten my password and I have been trying to reset but can't get the link to reset in my email, I checked all my inboxes including spam but nothing has come through and I have emailed you all and nobody has replied to me and given that I'm a premium member I thought it would have been faster
The app didn't allow log in either way. It kept flipping back to the login screen
User friendly, no silly ads. Very effective and highly productive. Miles ahead of the other apps... luxy, coffee meets bagel, raya, etc.

Put number in the app and received a dozen spam calls the entire day after. They're obviously selling numbers.
App has potential but at $75 per month I've seen no real interaction. Also nothing beneficial comes with the Subscription. I have winks. Barely do messages come in. Its like there are only few people actually active on this app.
Acount suspended with no reason after 2 days of submitting all my verifications and customer support wont respond. Sounds like an app that steals your info and tries to cut you out
First off, I love your app and the quality of matches I get. I think it would be cool to incorporate some sort of ratio system that shows the amount of profiles.
Functionality is very limited unless you opt in for a membership which is a whopping $70 per month. So far, on the basic membership, I've received no matches and just some messages from old guys who don't even live near me. You can only swipe on like 20 people and then you're grounded for 24hrs before you can swipe again. Honestly doesn't seem worth it for the exorbitant price you have to pay for a full membership.
It's hard to communicate with matches or learn how the site works in general if I'm on waitlist. I had only had the account for a few days and suddenly I was on the waitlist. I accidently uninstalled the app and tried to login by using my email, but I still haven't received an email in order to change my password.. so far very disappointed!
Does support ever answer??? Update:asked support to remediate the technical issue, no action or improvement since 12 may 2022....
The scammers & catfish sugar daddies are on here too. Cant really do enough in the app that would give the incentive to want to pay for the membership. The developers really need to improve certain key features in the app. Such as, adding filtering tab in the browsing feature so members can fine tune their individual preferences of whom they want to view. For example, age range, distance range, what type to show specifically, income range, gender.
I love the option of being able to interact with people on line. I think everyone should try this at least once.
Couldn't remember my password, so clicked on "forgot password". I received the email that gave me the link to reset it, which I did successfully (it said). Went back to the app and it still says invalid email or password. I can't imagine the app being that great if it can't even get a changed password right.
