The worst app ever. Have to constantly refresh and login. But worst of all it never let's you sell your season tickets from the app. If you select anything but seller credit (ridiculous and stupid option) it doesn't let you save your listing and post for sale. Have to fire up the old desktop to list tickets for sale. What a joke!

Haven't been able to sell my tickets on the app for almost a month. I'll set the price and hit the payout method button and nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Having extra money from those could have really helped, fix the problem please

Horrible app. Zero stars. Does not work for managing your tickets at all. It is slow and locks up when trying to sell tickets. It's either broken or they are purposely blocking sale of tickets through the app. I am not going to buy season tickets next year as a result of my frustration with this app for over 6 months now.

Core app is fine but the My Tickets feature for season ticket holders is very buggy. For unknown reasons & at random frequency, the ability to list tickets suddenly stops. Also the ability to transfer tickets via a mobile number seems to work or not work whenever it wants.

Would give it zero stars but not an option. This used to be a great app but is now horrible. Doesn't work half the time, as others have said, can't sell tickets on the app, really disappointing app that was supposed to be updated and so good. Zero stars!!!!!!

I would like my Bucks app to work at all times. This app has caused me to miss so many possible sells, and I know there will be no refunded money because of this poor app. All the other buttons work but not sell. I feel I should be compensated for all my losses.

I love the idea of this app, but there's a lot of bugs that need to be worked out. Videos wont play, didn't like how I had to reenter my card info everytime for the beer me app, and constantly have to resign in twice to see my tickets. Last year I had an issue where my tickets wouldn't even let me sign in and I was standing right in front of the arena. I hope this year it works a little better. But I sure wish I could watch all the videos now!

Very user unfriendly. It chose what section to send my food order to, on the other side of the floor away from where our seats where. Absolutely frustrating. I'd give it 0 stars if I could

Won't allow me to sign in. It says to DL chrome and update it even though it's already on my phone and updated. It won't load in other browsers

App is constantly"crashing" and a pop up telling me that shows up 10 times a day no exaggeration, app works well when working

Wont let me sell my tickets! Needs an update! Ive sold tons of tickets before and now the final Payment Method and Sell buttons are not responsive!

I can't view my tickets most of the time and I keep getting an error about my internet connection when I try to sign in.

Intermittent issues...wifi demand causes problems...missed first quarter of game six because we couldn't get tickets to load!

Worked great until the All-Star break, now I get constant notifications it's searching for a beacon. I don't get the notifications I signed up for but get constant notifications during a game that the app stopped working. 1st rate team, 1st rate facility, horrible app!

Like many others, it crashes all the freakin time. I keep fooling myself thinking each update will fix it, but nope, still crashes. That's the ONLY reason I'm uninstalling it. I'm shocked that the developer can't fix the ONLY thing wrong with the app.

"Beer Me" charges you but doesn't deliver. I ordered a Miller Lite tallboy during the 1st quarter, entered my seat information for delivery, input my credit card info, and added my phone number and email as required. I even gave a tip for delivery. I never got a receipt of my purchase or a text to let me know where my order was. With any app purchase you should immediately get a receipt. I checked my credit card and the purchase went through. But the beer never arrived. At least the Bucks won.

Crashes constantly, consistently unusable. Sometimes cant access tickets or get into the game, transfer to friends etc... They want you to conform to an all digital platform they should hold up their end of tha bargain and give you a decent platform.

FIX THIS APP! On multiple occasions iv gotten upwords 10 notifications in 30 secs. all saying that the app is looking for deals. not to mention you cant link the bucks account with the ticketmaster account. it just freezes up..

Error loading video. Uninstaller then reinstall, then it works for one video, after that then there is always an error loading videos. Other than that the app is nice, schedule, stats, ect.

App keeps saying I have no internet connection- crashes - won't work

Please fix or update! I get notices every day that this app crashes on my phone, and I didn't even open it! Its installed until I need to use it again. Irritating and not matching the good customer satisfaction for the great venue you have

The app is ok. I usually can find info on the team, players that I am looking for, but after reinstalling the app the videos continue to never load. Please fix this before we win the championship.

The ticket experience with this app is garbage. As a season ticket holder, getting signed out all the time is a major inconvenience, especially when walking into a game.

This app almost never works correctly. Videos constantly have an error message, I don't get notifications anymore for no reason, so many other issues. Ugh.

Updated today. With 4 minutes in the 2nd quarter, the app only shows stats and game flow, etc. through 1st quarter. Worked much better before. Very disappointing.

I cannot believe how horrible this app is. Constantly giving the same useless notifications about how Fiserv wants feedback or some nonsense. Can't watch any of the videos. The main reason I got this app was to get the schedule and its barely able to fo that.

always failing. everytime I need to use it I have to reinstall it. very irritating this year. with everything digital...including tickets...it's a real pain.

The app worked great until the update this week. Now I cant access any of my mobile tickets. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. If this is the only method for using tickets , you need to fix this!
