I love it!!!! Its a great way to keep Inventory. And a fast way to clean and put your tools away in the right Truck. Or to get to know your Fire engines and what is in each Truck. Or just to find something. I believe every Fire Department so do this.👍 🚒🚑👩🚒👨🚒💪
This app is a lie you can't find tools. I bought all these tags and attach them to tools and it downloaded it to my app at my house then I took it to the job site and every time I try to find the tag the GPS says it's at my house. That makes no sense
Nope garbage I've never had an account just disappear on me until now! Have not used it for a little while cause it was garbage Ghent as it is now!! Then I decided to use a tick on onother tool and and give it one more chance. And then it wouldn't let me log in said maybe I'm thinking of the wrong password so I pushed forgot password. The app said it s see nt me a password jumped on my email guess what no emails from them did it a code more times even tried my other email screw this garbage
Unproductive information in the app. The main thing how to adjust torque in the app almost impossible to find.
Pretty damn helpful. Let's you log the model and serial of all your tools along with purchase date for warranty purposes if needed. The accompanying web app let's you download excel files as well as print lists.
This app is fantastic. Just turn on your tool using so that the one the one key button lights up blue and it connects right away to your phone and lists all the details that you need to know. This is great for anyone who is serious about their tools
Is it possible to set up the app to where it locks the tool out once it's close to or completely out of range?
***Im hanging in a bit longer, i thought of a new challenge for you to work some magic. ***Could u create a shopping cart for check out that works like the check in feature? ***Also on our end, it'll be time for us to have our crew review tools checked out to their jobs should be exciting :)
Definitely a positive experience. Took some time setting up the tools I currently have and remembering to add the new ones may ne a struggle, but overall really happy with the program. Finding that as we use this program I am more aware of what I have and more importantly when, where, who, and how they are being used. As they are brought back in I can see who treats the tools as tools necessary to do the tasks at hand and those who tend to just toss them around with little regard accountability
Very UNuser friendly. I added a tick and then it does not have it in inventory. Try to add it again and it says that its already been added, but still does not show up in inventory. I try to add user profile, no where to select that I'm done after filling info. Can't save profile info. Go back and its all gone. Frustratingly stupidly designed app.
The security feature alone makes it worth it but it does so much more. Being able to assign tools to a group or person in a group breeds accountability. Inventory is a breeze with One-key due added barcode function. My favorite is the torque setting for my impact with lug setting. Not having to worry about over torquing lugs is freaking awesome! I can't wait to buy more one key tools.
Great idea, but confused how they don't have any of the M12 tools, batteries, or chargers in the list of Milwaukee products. While I realize it is geared for the OneKey lineup, this is a huge miss by the app developers and Milwaukee.

All battery thumbnail pictures have disappeared. With 75+ batteries, this was a nightmare with no pictures.
Hate buying a new tool, then turn around and complicate things. One word everyone in the world needs to practice. KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. Turned my expensive tools into a fat assed headache. Cant even get my new impact to perform as good as the old , as it has had its performance modified and reduced due to this software and the communication breakdown between the manufacturer and the tool. Stupid assed idea. LOVE THE COPY AND PASTE REPLY TO YOUR HEADACHE YOU MAKE. WAY TO FIX THE PROBLEM!
