Hi i had trouble log into the app after updating. I cant log into the app at all and got stuck near the authentication page. Also having trouble to enroll into mims cpd courses. I had sent email for assistance but havent got any reply yet.

I lIke this app. But it's really annoying when I didn't use the app for a while, the app logged me out automatically. It doesn't make sense since this is more of an informative & educational app, not a media social app where people can do stupid things on it. Anyhow, it is undeniably a good app that I can access easily whenever I need it. If only the developers team can fix the problem I mentioned above, I'd be more than happy to give 5 stars.

The app suddenly told me my log in is expired and have log in again. Once log in, every things that I saved is gone. Hope the developer teams can add the new features like save the data in cloud(google drive?) and able to synchronize after new log in.

The same thing happen to me. After updating the apps,then i cannot log in back into the apps. I have to reinstall the apps again and again. Regardless of this problem, this is a good app.

I can no longer log into the app. When I tried to log in, it says "Your session has been expired. Please login again to continue". What is going on? I can log into my account on my computer web browser just fine. Please fix

I cannot open this app. It's written unexpected error from server. I've already tried to uninstall and install the app but still not resolved. Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Recently app keeps coming out 'unrxpected error from server'. All news and other functions cannot load at all. Please fix it.

it's a good apps. but i prefer the previous version. this latest version keeps crushing on my huawei p30 pro. idk. your team should look into it and do something. i cant use it since last week.

I was trying to change my password in your apps but could not find the page to do it. Then i went to your website through the internet and changed it there.

Why can't open the app when using my mobile data? No problems if I use wifi to open the app. My mobile data has no problem as I can acces other app and browse other websites using my own mobile data.

Can't log in into apps, it returns to the previous page when I click to password box. Uninstall and install again, still can't log in.

Pls fix it. This mims is very useful for medical line especially, the apps keep error n message said "unexpected error from server".

the app keeps log out..and the version last update was on aug 2021 😯 kindly fix the bugs and update

Useless app. Shame on you. Take long time to load but still not loaded. You better close shop.

Whenever i open disease resources nothing came out. Other pages cant be loaded as well. Pls help
