I am currently a nursing student and this was recommended to me by a clinical instructor. I have created an account but have yet to verify. It says I need to verify my email but I haven't received any sort of verification/alert in my inbox, and I've double checked to see if I have correctly inputted the correct email and it is. I can't use the application because I'm not verified. Someone fix this please.
Hello! I need help. I haven't opened my account in years and it seems the app doesn't recognize my email address anymore. "Email is invalid." whenever I change password. I made a new account with a 16 character password and I successfully verified it, only to have the website won't accept it. I checked and the website locks at 15 letters.
Its very helpful but the most annoying part is its always system error i cant access immediately in urgent cases huhu i reinstall it for multiple times and its still the same servers time out can somebody (admins) do something for it? ive done everything but its still doesnt work
It's good to have digital version of MIMS always in my pocket. But with an app this slow and frequent server errors, searching google seems to be a more reliable way to check/review some info.
Hi! I can't log in my mims account. The app keeps crashing whenever i try to log in. I already try to re-install it but it still keeps on crashing. Hope you could help us. Thanks
The app has a difficulty in opening. It says Log in but no field for the password to enter. I have been using this app for more than 2 years already. Only this time it had a problem in opening. I cannot use it for reference.. 😔
Hello! I have just recently installed the app and it keeps saying that 'internet connection is not available' even though I have a perfectly working wifi.
Latest version 3.0.0 doesn't seem to login even if connected to internet. Please fix this. Already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Problem still persist. Thank you.
How many times do we have to enter our email in order to loggin? Like why do have to let your user suffer every damn time they would log in in your app?? Srsly?!?! Please fix your system. The app is supposed to be a help to healthcare worker or any person.
What is wrong with your website and your app? When i try to log in, it says there isn't any account associated with my email. When i try to make a new account, it says there is already an account associated with my email. This is such a basic problem why can't this be corrected?
I cannot log in using this app after my initial use. It always says the session was timed out. I've changed my password multiple times but the problem remains the same.

I just accessed this 2 days before , but now I can't login, "unexpected error from server" it says, even via web version, I keep getting redirected to the home page. Is this a known issue?
I always use the MIMS App for my clinic consult, however my app account was automatically log out and I can't access it since monday. I tried to sign up another account but still failed. Hope you can fix this. Thank you

Difficult sign-up. It keeps on asking a valid email, even though my email is valid, active and worked with other apps.

Useful. Needs internet though which make it not as a reliable reference. An option to download a majority of references should be an option. Similar to medscape.
Unable to find Offline version in the Play Store. I need to subscribe but I don't have an iOS device! Please make one for Android users!!!!
It always says, unexpected error from the server! Other apps are working but mims always says unexpected error!!
I previously used this app regularly but my account signed out and now I cant sign back in. It says the error message "Error - Something went wrong"
App used to work great before, but this version now lacks a lot of important information unlike the earlier versions. We can see price list of the medicine, with photos too before. The medicine info before is very detailed - much more detailed compared to the book! Those were the days. Wouldn't have updated my app if I knew it is this horrible. If you're thinking of upgrading, DON'T DO IT. Unless you have this version and IF they fix their database like the earlier versions, be my guest.
