This app is pretty much necessary for yoga studios but it performs terribly. The cost is ridiculous for the amount of time we spend on the phone with their technicians fixing problems. Sometimes the classes don't appear in our students’ app, sometimes they're not allowed to sign up, it will often kick me out and make me re-enter my credentials; it's frustrating.
Just can't log in on Android any more, but my credentials work on a web browser. Making it much more awkward to manage my diary! Before this it was always fine.
Very unhelpful canceling. Have to jump through hoops. I have been charged one extra month since I've tried to cancel.
To bad I have to use this app/software for work. I would have changed it awhile back if I had the authority to do so. One I have a Samsung phone and my social pushes/ notification does not work on my phone * it use to*life saver but now I have problems. Two it opens up my employees schedules or holidays I Block for days off , it randomly opens their schedules. Three I don't understand why if we pay for the service that it let's clients book with out a phone number and no credit card info.
I don't have a choice but to use this terrible app. It always freezes, something always doesn't work, and their support team isn't trained well and can't really help much.
The worst app I have ever encountered. It never works properly. If I could give it negative stars I would.
I absolutely love this app as a stylist, because my clients can actually go on The app and book their own appointments. To avoid confusion, we on our end can set time limits for services, so that there are no double bookings. Plus the bookings are in real time so you and the customer are able to see appointments made. It's a really self explanatory app really easy to use.
Long story short: I hate this system. My boss switched to this for our salon booking and retail checkout and everyone has issues all the time. From the card reader being unable to read credit cards, to transactions loading and never finishing, it's ridiculous. Half the time our text reminders to clients never send and there isn't an option to manually send. Also service checkout is not user friendly and there are many steps before you can checkout. It has too many problems to mention.
Wouldn't use it if i could help it, but it's what my company uses so I have to bear with it. if you are thinking of using this for your team/company/business, DON'T. There are endless technical issues and its just so frustrating to use. - logs users out randomly - problems booking appointments (you have to close the whole app and reopen it again to book any new appointment, and even then it doesnt always work.) - problems editing unavailabilities. - random overlaps i could go on forever...
please please please fix this app for Android users. The minute i open the app it crashes. i cant get past the loading screen. update: It's been 4 months and no changes. How many times has this app been updated since then? I've frequently uninstalled and installed the app but to no avail. Thing is, it's not just me having this issue. Everyone in my spa who has an Android phone has been unable to use the app at all because it crashes immediately upon opening it.
This app does the basic functions available on desktop. It makes scheduling my students convenient. It also looks clean and it *usually* operates smoothly. I wish the app had a way to see tasks/follow ups assigned to me. After the recent update, the app logs me out every other time I open it. BUT when it's running, it doesn't lag as much. Lol
It won't load the business in the search when I type in the name. It may be a good app but I'll never know cause I can't get off the starting page. Online works absolutely fine but after numerous attempts and waiting upwards of ten minutes to see if it will load anything I've given up. Its a great way to schedule clients and I especially like that I can see coworkers timelines so I can schedule a client with whomever fits their needs, but im not a fan of the app.
This was a great and useful app that I used for a few years. I've been a MindBody client for 12 years. Prior and addition to that I've worked with their software system for about 20 years now by way of various dance studios whose offices I worked for. This app is absolutely HORRIBLE now. And I'm highly disappointed as I use it often for appts and sales on the go. It worked fine up until the last month or so. As a long time customer I expect more from you MBO. We all expect more.
After over 10 years of using MB I've finally learned they are not in business to make a helpful product. This app is terrible.
Mobile version is terrible and full of bugs! I've been trying to search for clients and completely wrong profiles pull up! I've tried this for over 20x and each time the search results does not give me who I'm looking for and the actual client that is wanted doesn't even show up on the mobile version but will on the desktop version! Plesse fix your mobile app as right now it's terrible!
There's always some kind of glitch happening at the most inconvenient times. You would think for as much as they charge their technology would be updated
Constant issues. I call tech support and they take an outrageous amount of time to pretend to fix anything, if at all. They charge clients once their account is closed. We closed our business account so we no longer have any bank associated with the business. They continued to charge clients then blamed us. The app itself also rarely worked properly. I do not recommend MindBody Business. It wasnt just one bad experience or just app issues. Like I said in the review, constant multiple issues.
It won't let me sign in. It refreshes the login page after I put in my username and password
This app suddenly stopped updating, sends and error message, and it looks like many others are having the same issue. I cannot cancel or modify classes on the app. Some features are gone. I wonder if android phone issue or not? I have deleted, restarted my phone and reinstalled few times like they recommended but no fix.
The app is pretty decent. I can do MOST thing I need to do from my phone. There are a few things I can't do. Clocking-out and adding relationships to clients' information are some of these things.
Even if I have enough reception to access the internet, this app can't seem to show me who's on my schedule for the day. I have to ensure that I have near perfect signal for it to update.
The app suddenly does not allow increasing appointment times. The software in general is glitchy and inconsistent. I've tried to contact support, but they don't seem to be listening, as they suggest things that don't address my problem.
Android user here and for months and several attempts with support I still can't add or move clients from the waitlist and the search field is useless. Constant network error codes. Very frustrating at a time where gyms are on the edge doing their best, this is the Last thing we need to worry about. Please fix the android platform!!
Since I got a new galaxy S22 the app simply doesn't open anymore.
You'll get 5 stars when you bring back our Green Star new student indicator. It's bad enough this system is buggy and you guys don't cancel Memberships when we ask and then won't offer backups when payments do not go through. But not knowing who is new in my classes at a glance, especially when you USED to have the feature, and you STILL have it on the IOS version, is ridiculous and easy to fix.
This app doesn't work on my Samsung. Hasn't worked for 6 months. I have uninstalled/reinstalled 3x. Made the updates, ensured the correct network settings and cleared the data. Emailed AND spoke to CS who said the issue is on the Android side. When they test it my login works perfectly, but I can't get past the login screen on my phone EVER.
