App doesn't record finished sessions. After multiple conversations with support the only thing I can conclude is that the team doesn't care much about it's user experience. You need to play "all meditations" in order to record that you did them ( no individually selected ones will record progress) PROBLEM- after doing it their way at the end my progress started over again, nothing was recorded! I would advice anyone to stay away from this app untill they fix this, which has been months by now.

Love this app so far, I love how practical and accessible it is, I just wish there was more content and that the meditations were categorised better - for example, I clicked on a meditation that seemed universal but upon listening it said it was part of the “parenting series“ (there isn't a parenting series on the app) and I'm not a parent so I couldnt relate. It means that I have to go through the app again to find a more suited meditation which kind of spoils the mood.

Edited: the app has come a long way. UI/UX is sweet and functional!! However, still lacking content in Meditation courses section. The new talks, assesment etc are off topic to the plain old simple guided meditation lessons! Please invest in content instead of psychiatry.

i like the courses...a wee bit whimsical some of them, which i like! only gripe i have is that it self shuts down at times even when phone is left alone. it is still a very good app to help develop the moment by moment appreciation of life..great job!

focus does not work when screen is lock, but i'm unable to set my phone to stay awake (max at 10 mins) Also, sometime the app will exit on its own.

The CAR method is an oversimplified explanation of self-determination theory that is incredibly flawed to the point that I cannot see how this will facilitate and maintain motivation. I suspect other explanations will be equally flawed throughout the app to provide a sense that the techniques are grounded in evidence.
