Mindful Check-In

Welcome to the Check-In app. Check-in allows us to transit from one setting to another. Be it a different physical location or a different group of people, checking in gives us an opportunity to get the body and mind ready for the new setting. The body and mind know how to adjust so that they can be balanced and peaceful. Take a moment to adjust the time you would like to meditate. The default is one minute. When you are ready, you may start the check-in app. Enjoy the process.

Live it! Love it! A truly supurb effort by the creators - a lady GP doctor at Kensington, Sydney and the lead people of the laegest Buddhust temple in the southern hemisphere outside Wollongong, Nan Rient Temple & Institute. A briliant idea by meditation masters who have meditated in silence for a month!
