Avoid this app. On the positive side, set up was easy and seamless. The camera works weel and produces high quality video. It also saves to a microSD card continuously. (You need to buy one separately.) But the app failed miserably when I tried to download a video from the microSD storage. Here's what happened. I selected the start time. App told me to move the slider to the end time. I tried, but it didn't let me. It instead jumped 1 hour and 20 seconds ahead and tried to record there. No fix
The connection is ok, but it took a little time to understand... first you should disconnect the mobile data on the phone when you manage the set up and connection. Second, the device is worming quite hot below the negative side of the battery, when you look at front of the device it is on the right side.. the battery is also worming as a result. I succesful connect and configure the device on samsung s5 active and s7. But not possible to connect with samsung note 10 plus. can y tell why???
Stuck on loading. Can't go beyond stage 6 in the install manual. The app adds the camera but gets stuck before connecting the camera to wifi and therefore doesn't work. Tried uninstalling, didn't work.
This camera has stopped sending text notifications on motion detection. The app is NOT working like it used to work. This needs to be fixed. I have reset the camera many times and it is not working. Using Android Version 9. Please fix this.
Its a good app but here lately the motion detection hasn't been showing what it captures. It will notify me of motion but when I go to the events tab it will not show anything. This is a major part of why I use the app. If its not fixed soon im gonna find something else
Well at 1st it worked fine then it said no SD card detected then ever since all I can connect to is the AP hotspot even though it was connected and working properly prior to this I even went and replaced the waymoon 4k clock camera and it's doing the same stuff AP hotspot will connect but not my wifi and before anyone asks yes it's the required WiFi not the 5g and it's still a no go if the devopers read this you guys need a serious update and upgrade to the app 1star😑🤦
I can't get past the set up. It just keeps loading after connecting to the cameras wifi.
Camera captures video, I goto app and it says I have no videos. Click on download and can't download what I want. Have to take card out everytime I want to download a video. Annoying as i paid for subscription. Won't continue it
Worked fine for 2 weeks. Now even connected and was working now shows a black screen with a continuous download loop. Tried all fixes and still nothing!
Camera firmware will not update and notification for motion sense is hit or miss. So you would be better to record all the time.
Well it is fine now but every time it has to be updated online and again and again it has to scan and connect the watch to wifi which is a difficult task once they are scanned on the same wifi
This mini cam is perfect and working so good , so easy to set up. I don't understand why ppl saying is not good. I believe bad post are just a scams.
Terrible...It wont let me update. I have tried everything, so dont say delete and install again. I have done that many times. It's time for a different camera.
Good spycam Not so easy to get it work but with a little patience it works. I would have given it 5 but the alarm comes on a good few seconds after subject is being detected
Absolutely useless product. Instructions are not easy to follow. Translated into English with very bad grammar and hard to follow. No user guide. I am returning it Don't waste your money. No user guide.
App won't update, Camara won't update, time on clock won't stay set to proper time and keeps switching to 24h time. Not very impressed.
Total junk. I won't even give it 1 star as the app won't even connect to the camera. Unable to make it work despite many attempts. It's a scam. Don't buy this product
After updated new firmware, I am not able to login. Can't even register new account. Went to smartcloudcon.c0m to check, but it is all in CHINESE ... can't f*king read. Useless ..
The picture is cery dark and can't see any thing, i tried all settings but no change, they don't have help section of customer support
I need to know how to charge it or how long to charge it. Also i can't view it when not at home. Can anyone tell how to work those parts. Other than that the camera works fine.
Update will not install. It downloads and tries to install but then it stops and nothing happens.

Unable to log in into the app. Unable to receive verification code for password reset. Completely unusable.
App keeps crashing , I have tried uninstalling it and reloading to no avail
App is 100% UNUSABLE after daylight savings time change in the US. Simply touching the playback screen jumps the timeline ahead one hour and it can't be adjusted. I've tried changing the time and time zones on the phone, the camera, the router, and even disconnected the network to force the time settings. nothing fixes the problem. trying to download video is even worse because the timeline freezes trying to sync the time you want to download. completely unusable. Please fix ASAP!!!!
