Still waiting for product, after months. can't check status of order without downloading the app, which shows no order data except to say 'shipped', and crashes every time I try to get more info. Wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered. Not pleased.

Love miniinabox, have bought many items in the past. They are reliable, reasonably priced and quick to deliver. They also have an infinite range of products for you to choose from and all items look exactly as you would expect from the images. Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Downloaded this app to view orders. But app crashes each time I try to show any of the orders pages. Not useful at all to me. Very happy with products but have to use computer to view orders.

Very poor quality of product. Took forever to arrive and is taking even longer to get a refund, as I have to return the horrible product back and pay for the return myself. How can I trust I will get a refund!!

Very! Limited selection with prices much higher than Amazon and Wish. The app rotates you through the same products like a loop, but changes the category to give the impression there's an abundance of options. It also seems like a premade web design that's been used many times prior. I personally wouldn't chance giving my personal info or purchasing. Immediate delete.

Tried to buy a fitbit strap but no matter what colour I chose it kept defaulting to pink. Eventually chose another product and checked out using PayPal. Paid but it then defaulted to the shopping page with my paid for item still in my cart. Clicked the cart. Tried to complete and it defaulted to shopping again. Dont know if the order completed. Hope I get it!!!!

Painfully slow delivery. Talks about Royal Mail but is from overseas. No quicker than AliExpress but way more expensive. And in China, 11 Jan plus 2-6 business days processing and 6-14 business days shipping, equals estimated delivery date of 22 Feb !!!!

Not user friendly at all. Buying stuff is easy but getting updates on your order, managing your account details such as email address and changing your password etc needs A LOT of improvement. AND my order has now been processing for 10 days. Nothing about a shipping date or arrival date. I also looked forever in my inbox trying to find a password so that I could check on my shipping status. Finally had to request as new password which then took a few tries to work. Overall just frustrating

Phone cases arent what they advertise! Bought 2 phone cases with double sided tempered glass, delivery took over a month, one cases didnt seal properly, other had a scrath, while the case was on my phone my phone dropped, the cases instantly smashed upon impact with the ground, and cracked all my screen. Would not recommend phone products from this app

I ordered a 3 to 6 receiving phone case and takes more than 1 month to arrive!! Then the package was opened and looks cheap. The WORST part, the case was totally different with the picture and is missing a piece. A total sh*#%t! Wise people, don't use this app.

Very bad app,the rewards can't be applied to the products,and the products are more expensive than on Aliexpress,also the search engine is very bad and doesn't find what you are searching for....so basically useless not recommend this app to no one...is a waste of time and money.

Ordered a watch in May 2018, reminded them 5 times..but still not delivered & they didnt even paid me its amount back but it is rewarded to me to be used only If I shop 2 times as compared to previous amount. It means I have to shop for more than 21 dollars at least to utilize my previously stuck amount. I feel like grabbed into a trap but again for the sake of only using my previous amount, I ordered of more than 21 dollars once again, now all of you please pray that I could get my bought items

Used to like this app, however recent experience has made me begin to hate it. Paid on the app and completed my order only to find that they took double the required amount off my card! Messaged customer support, only to be responded with a completely unrelated comment. Not happy😡 Please sort it out. I need the money for my bills 😤

Took money but no record of purchase. I paid $63 for a sofa cover on May 25th. Their website has no record of the purchase but my bank statement says Light/mini in the T... -$63.73 withdrawn for this purchase. I can't even contact customer service because it's all link to purchase records. Very convenient. If this doesn't get resolved I will never shop with them again.

Do not trust this app. They are a scam! I ordered facemasks. They took the order charged my credit card and I still have not received my order . When I inquired what the status is they said they do not have the product in stock, but they did not relay this information beforehand and still charged my creditcard and let me think my order would be processed shortly. I repeat DO NOT TRUST THIS APP.

Shut up and take my money! 😂 Very poorly developed app. Wouldn't even let me save the shipping address after numerous attempts. Also promo discount coupon for installing app is basically useless due to 99.9 % of products is already discounted.

Worst experience. Ordered a phone cover in june. Took my money from the account and never delivered the product. Sent mails n reminders and got only lies in response that it would be delivered wait till September but neither got my delivery not refund. Finally just uninstalled the app as couldn't do anything else. Would not recommend AT ALL!!! Shocked to see the reviews that it's not just me, it's their job n routine to take the money n not deliver anything or deliver in pathetic condition...

I ordered a phone case May 2nd. I never got it so I check on May 27th. It says my order was received, payment made, and THEN it's saying my order was cancelled. I DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER. so I leave a msg with customer service and it says I have a $5 credit with them when my item was $15.28. you have to go through horrendous steps to turn your credit into money bk on your card and then it takes FORTY FIVE DAYS!!! DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!

Wrong product sent. I ordered a black hoodie and red. Due to design I asked to exchange the red to the other top which they asked the reference & I received both red tops same designer. They get them selves confused no contact nr no chat. After a bunch of emails they still made a mistake. Their website is harder to find the items search box doesn't not recognize the word. Awful website. Product poor quality size M looks like XS. deviery takes long to arrive. I definitely do not recommend.

I've been using Mini for over five years. I find the app very easy to use and the quality and variety of items available is fantastic as are the prices. I look forward to continuing to save money through the app for years to come.

I've ordered some products for my wife and I. After two mistakes I realized that I had to cancel the two orders. I was amazed by the quickness of the customer service to accept my cancellation. Now waiting for refunds. I would refer others to use this service in the future. I'm surely coming back

Poor communication and lengthy and unclear instructions to sort out a return due to damaged item being received. Please contact me with a sensible reply ASAP. You have replied on my review but when the returns is certainly not a straightforward process! Dreadful process. Just takes you back to asking me to download your app! I have done this. I don't want the app. I want to return my item. Please email me with clear and precise instructions! Annoyed to say the least

My S8+ case didn't arrive and there's no information available in the orders nor anyway to get in contact with customer service. All I have is a receipt from PayPal indicating I've been charged. I have no idea where the case is or if it'll even be delivered.

Absolute trash. I wasted soo much of my little income on some nice clothes and you robbed me. You sent me the wrong items. Not even for a man. Items were cheap an tacky looking. Too. Not to mention you pass the vat on as well, £22 extra for your delivery. I would like a full refund please... How do I even go about that? This app should be taken down.
