Just installed the app and have encountered at least 2 security bugs. 1. The app 'rememders' who you are even after completely closing the app. Thus if you haven't logged out and you loose your phone anyone can access your storage info and wreak havoc. 2. Even when you enable the finger print scanner the app STILL asks for user name/password. What's the use of setting up the finger print scanner in the app if it isn't going to use it?
***this app worked for a few months, today it won't open, just a white screen. What a piece of garbage!!! I have ALWAYS had issues paying online, then came the app. It worked last month, but this time, not at all. Tells me my password is wrong, so I change it, but inthe meantime it logs in. THEN, the unit# is pre-filled with the correct unit, but tells me it's an invalid unit...which it's not. This app is completely unusable and a waste of time.
The app doesn't work. It opened up in the beginning but the open gate function would never work ( I have the updated version and my location is on) even when I'm literally in front of the gate. Now the app won't even open. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall and I'm still having issues.
Wish people would review apps and not their own garbage phone or frequent user error. This app is simple from a design and interface, however, you can perform just about anything you would in-store. Would like to see more graphic representation of property/units available and the ability to store payment info.
This app is nice when it works, which was less than half the time. Lately it has been hanging on a blank screen when I try to open it. Now for the last few days it makes me log in every time I need to use it, which eradicated any usefulness. It prompts me to enable fingerprints to log in, which might make it more reasonable, but the functionality doesn't seem to actually be there, just the prompt. And now today it won't even let me log in at all. Absolute waste of time when I am at the gate.
This app shows I've paid my bill when I know I haven't. Then when I get the email invoice it says its paid, so I don't worry about it. I double, triple check it. Its literally not letting me pay my bill because it thinks I've already paid it. Guess what, I haven't. Guess who got a past due notice? Me.
When the app works, it's okay. Problem is that it crashes more often than not. The lack of the ability to set up an automatic payment is incredibly annoying. Their website isn't much better either.
Things not right/working! The fingerprint sign in never shows, so I have to keep typing in everything to log in. My bill does not show what I'm needing to pay for my upcoming month, but received an invoice through email luckily to notify me.
The management is great, they make it a point to provide over and above customer service. The property no matter the weather is well maintained even in the snowy months. Best part if your visiting and it's thrist quenching hot, your greated with ice cold water and a smile.
This app makes it easy for a single mom to just hope on and pay instead of having problems being heard with a child yelling in the background!
This app needs work. 90% of the time it just don't work. Even though it says gate open successfully, the gate won't open. (You must be located up at the gate in order for the app to locate u, it wont locate u if your driving up to it, u must be already at the gate) & even then it won't open
Your app is extremely frustrating today. I have tried to pay my bill numerous times, but the app keeps showing "0.00 balance due". !!!!!!!!
Open/close main entrance gate is nice option. Very basic application which is good.
Makes paying for a unit very convenient. Also great end-user experience.

App logged me out and won't let me back in. Password reset didn't work.
Can't log in once I'm logged out. Reset does not work...sucks

Awesome app...very fast
Their website is pretty bad so I was nervous of downloading app given the preponderance of bad reviews. I decided to try anyway since i really didn't want to pay by check. Right off the bat, the search for location function didn't work. Had to scroll to find in the national list. After that, it all went smoothly though. It really should have prompted me twice for my password as is the norm but i just entered it carefully. I paid my bill without a problem. I have a Pixel 2.
