Minibar Delivery

I use minibar on occasion. Mostly for when I'm getting ready to host friends or family and have things to do before they arrive, one being topping off beverage supplies. Minibar let's me get my other chores done while they handle getting any bar supplies. In a larger city this works just fine and the app is fairly straight forward. Would be 5 stars if there was a more intuitive way to tip the delivery staff.

Since they "updated" it the app simply and only gives you the cheapest price of all the sources. Understand each source (store) has a minimum. You have to reach the minimum of each store to get charged a $5 fee. If you want two different items, the least expensive of each is from two different stores, you have to order more from each store to reach the minimum. There are no other options. Bad move on their side.

The first time I purchased from this app was for a $148.99 bottle of Clase Azul tequila. After placing my order, paying for it per the approved flow, etc. I was informed by the Minibar support team that the price was incorrect and it was actually $189.99. They 'generously' offered to charge me more for the order, after which I told them to cancel it if they couldn't honor the price they listed. Highly recommend avoiding this bait-and-switch nonsense given it's the year 2021 and we're past this.

It's Ok. No different than Drizzly: You order. They place an order. Both Minibar & Drizzle just send a DoorDash driver to perform the pickup and delivery. For my zip code, only ONE store is participating and has fairly limited selection. Would be better if these services simply merged into the DoorDash app since it's really just a DoorDash delivery anyway. Overall ok.

I absolutely love minibar!!!!! I can't say enough about how great this app is! I have ordered from it 3 times now.. my local store the order gets sent to is Burnham Mart in Chicago. I usually order Camarena Tequila and the price is basically what is pay at the store. There have been items not available that I've ordered but they call within 5 minutes of placing the order and ask me if I would like it substituted for something else. Delivery has been around 30 minutes each time and if you can sign up for shoprunner, it's free delivery always! The staff at Burnham are great and I am very appreciative for the service they provide!!

There always late but at least they come also u should have a reorder option or button instead of always having to add the same things into my cart from previoius order. Lastly we should be able to search the stores and see what they have instead of guessing

It forces me to use the same liquor store for everything that's 4 towns over when there's a dozen other stores between my house and there. It also tells me that the store it's forcing me to buy from is closed at 4pm. I checked online, they're open until 8pm. So I couldn't even make a purchase even if I wanted to. There's definitely a lot more work to be put into this service.

Excellent, so far. A little pricey, but perhaps I'm just too poor to be ordering drinks! I say "pricey" because I can't afford a little something extra for the delivery person. No five star because my "speclal instructions" on my last order were overlooked or ignored.

I placed my first order. Order was confirmed by minibar. Order never went through. Bad app. Bad experience all around. I was refunded my money, but only after contacting customer service.

Worst service ever! Delivery is ALWAYS late. There's no reconciliation for bad service. They don't communicate well with you. The store that's delivering always says they were "so busy" and nobody calls or emails to let you know there's a delay. Horrible service, great idea, horrible execution!

Am I blind or crazy? Or does this app really not give the option to search by store? There's a store minimum, but you can't search for items from a specific store, so you just have to poke around and hope you find something from the same store. It's absolutely ridiculous. Unless it's just me being stupid and missing it. I'll update if that turns out to be true, but a basic feature like that should be available and be hard to miss.

Worst customer experience i have ever had. They never delivered my order and when i tried to contact them, they kept telling me to look for my order because they delivered. I told them many times that i did not recieve it but they didnt care, they did not want to give me a refund. They even ignored my last email and ghosted me. I would not reccomend this app to anyone, they treat their customers like liars.

Has potential, but they don't put the effort in to have more stores available. I live in the wealthiest city in Tennessee, and there's one store they can deliver from, who charges around 20% more for all their products than anyone else, not including the delivery fee.

The app is easy to use. Very and friendly customer service. i was able to contact the delivery vendor easily. Thier delivery was on time and successful.

Looks simple enough, but not only is beer unavailable for delivery to my address, I can't tell where the items will come from. Definitely some liquor stores in my area that I'm avoiding by using this app.

They made an inventory mistake, I ordered two limited edition bottles, the store sent me two regular bottles. I contacted customer service and they told me it was an inventory mistake and they cannot take back the bottles. After a few back and forth they agreed to take back the bottles and issue a refund, I'm glad that they've come to this decision.

My new favorite bar talk about a lifesaver. I never thought I'd see the day or liquor can be delivered to your house like that. Employees are thorough fast and courteous they know what they're doing. I'm telling everyone about this app and I hope this helps out your business because it's a great one thanks again

False advertising. Does not deliver within the day, nevermind the hour like advertised; shipping costs more than your purchase probably will, and takes a week to get to you. Just make a booze run in the morning, don't bother with this.

Shipment is ridiculously expensive and takes 3-5 days, if I'm drinking and run out of drinks I have to stop drinking and wait 3 to 5 days as well to continue?... and they don't have domestic beer 🙄👎🏻 at least prime now make the deliveries in 1 or 2 hours, that's why Amazon take my money.

Well, just like Drizzly if you haven't used it, DO NOT USE THESE APPS. They are freaking bulkshit apps. I ordered thru this app. I got charged but the item wasn't in stock. Now I'm out $50. Just get the item yourself in person from the store. Do not trust these apps. They'll grab your money and freaking run away at your expense. Never again!!!

It took almost three hours to get my delivery, I called costumer service like 5 times and they didn't know what happened with my delivery, thats a joke I'm no using this app never again Don't even think to download this app.

Liquor delivery is not available to two addresses I tried. Only wine and mixers and even for those the selection is terrible. Change this and the rating will change. I'm not interested in just wine and mixers.

There are liquor stores near me and yet delivery is not available for my address. Trash service. I will change my review if this service becomes useful.

If you're looking for same day shipping give it up this Delivery service takes 3 to 5 business days. This app serves no purpose unless you don't have a car.

App did nothing to help me It doesn't tell me which store, only that "my" store doesn't carry two of my favorites, which I know the local stores do carry. Frustrating.

I can't even use this app. Just now tried to order giving accurate information & kept telling me it was wrong. UNINSTALLING waste of time!

0/4 with this company. all 4 orders i have placed has been cancelled, and ive tried every store on thier service in my area. beyond a joke. unlike other delivery services minibar has absolutely no control over whether these orders get delivered or not. your model isnt working boys.
