Excellent and Professional service!!! The driver's are polite and very helpful. I'm pleased with the service and it's reliable and cost effective too.
For some reasons they wouldn't accept my PayPal payment method so I couldn't book. They have cheaper prices then Uber or Ola...I hope I can use this service one day
that's another lie. he said he was only just given the job and that he'd only get to me by 10.15am earliest. I PREBOOKED A CAB FOR 9.40AM. VERY DISAPPOINTED !

VERY USEFUL APP TO BOOK A RIDE ANYWHERE WITHIN LONDON.
Minicabs driver drove me blocks away, asked me to remove my booking and use Uber to book him instead! When this didn't work, he dropped me off. Won't be using this company again.
The driver was 1.5 hours late to collect my family. The driver got though the flight was late when it wasn't and couldn't be contacted for almost 1h from pick up.
Worked well for me. I tend to book in advance.

I would not recommend this app if book a taxi with them. They are likely to cancelled booking and leave stranded. Let people know that you don't pick up in other areas of the country and you only can if you live in London. So that people who book with don't get stranded.
