I loved it to begin with but since the March 12th update, I can NO longer download the videos through the app. I have to drive to the building and pull the card to get videos.
The app works... but ran into some issues when trying to reconnect to camera with password after I got a new phone, also had same issue when trying to use my tablet. I setup the camera, and set password, when try to connect my tablet it finds camera but gives me invalid password.. I also found the camera never keeps the correct time.
When connected to the cam live it will only stay connected for maybe 3 seconds then freeze and the connection will drop out. The actual device stays connected as the indicator lights are lit. Must be an app issue with remote connection.
I can connect to the camera and use it fine. But it disconnects my phones wifi as soon as the camera connects. So I cant ise my phone and the camera app at the same time. I have to have wifi to use my phone where I live. Otherwise I have no service.
Really bad. The iOS version at least works but it's also really bad... Both versions wants to siphon information back to China too, if I look at Wireshark readings...
Zero stars, complete garbage. Getting a refund for this POS. Downloaded the app, captured the QR Code, then nothing... Was never able to connect.
It worked with a face clock security camera. You have to let the device / camera fully charge; Make sure you are using 2.4 Hz instead of 5.5 Hz wifi. Look for the camera name in the wifi and connect to it through the minicam.
All it says is "Invalid ID". Unable to connect! Worthless if I can't connect
Sure wish there were some instructions in English. Some things are lost in translation. For instance, what is "Alarm Space?" adjusted to one star. never can find the camera. the worst app I've used for IPcams.
Does not work as described. Will NOT connect or even show up as an available WiFi device. Total waste of time and money.. returning this p.o.s for a refund.
One star because 0 is not an option. Horrible app. Cannot view camera even though app says connected and live image is selected. Absolutely worthless.
Infrared timer does not work. I contacted a few times customer support but noone replies. Seems like a nice cam but useless at night. Will have to send it back
Motion detection does not work. Set to minimum and it goes off every minute.

Same as everyone else. Won't load. Keeps telling me invalid I'd. Even after scanning QR code. This is a rip off device.

It is a scam they sell you the cameras and then they tell you to go to this app and download it when you do it will not let you in the app to put cameras in it it keeps saying password user error it won't let you into even set it up for for the cameras it's a scam app when they sell you the cameras$310 ripoff
One star is two stars to many The camera keeps saying of line and after repeatedly resetting nothing changed. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM it's just a scam.
Best app best cam these reviewers have no idea what they talking about app and cam work perfectly and very easy to set up. Read the manual and if all else fails use your brain
The worst!!!! The bloody app doesn't work wish I never brought the clock and it was a little pricey
Hi... been using this app for approx 2 months and it's set on motion detection. Since you have control, why does it take, literally 4-6 hours for a 30 second clip to upload on app?? Othertimes, there is detection, video fails.
