When set for the 1st time, worked fine. Was able to use it remotely. Suddenly after few weeks, it does not allow to use it remotely. Now, I can use it only at home, when I am connected to the same home wifi as the cam. What is the point of getting a webcam and not being able to use it remotely? If, this is some app problem, must resolve it. Noone would sit at home to use this webcam.
work fine until Nov or Dec 2020 (approx.) Then cannot access remotely via mobile network. Only accessible when connect to same wifi network. That's useless. 19Jan2021: just found that camera is now accessible remotely. Changed from 1 to 4 stars 😶
The camera works fine for the money, the app works fine. My problem is that I have a new phone and my ID and password for my camera were not saved. This means I can't access my camera! I tried contacting the developer about the problem AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED! THIS RENDERS MY CAMERA COMPLETELY USELESS AND A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!
Software seems OK. no issues yet except when you record video, it uses some file name extension of .qop My phone can not open .qop files and no luck yet finding what will.
App is dysfunctional..you constantly have to reconfigure the camera for it to work properly. This has been really bad the last few weeks..please fix or update
Camera won't show online. I've restarted, uninstalled, waited etc with no luck. Instructions that came with camera are useless. Super frustrating and disappointing.
Will not play back video recorderd, it shows them but you can tap on them for ever and they don't open. Not fit for purpose .
as with others. jumps back to main screen during pan. cameras work great but the app leaves a lot to be desired.
Worked great when I first got it. NOW it says offline. The pictures it does take are blurry. Customer service WILL NOT HELP YOU OR CONTACT YOU about any issues. They WILL not refund any money. I've had to buy whole new cameras . THIS company NOT WORTH THE RISK.
I've been using the app for 3 years with no problems at all. I'ld have given it 5 stars if i could connect using vpn on my phone. For some reason it can't connect unless i close vpn

Cannot save the camera using play store app with the QR code im sure the camera is fine I think the app needs tweekin so we can save camera to memory .. :-( , HOW CAN I GET THIS CAM TO WORK WITHOUT USING THIS APP .. I CANNOT SAVE THE CAM USING THIS APP :-( GGGGRRRRR
crashes all the time, doesn't backup the photos. alarm crashes all the time.
cant get it to go on line wifi and all okay..reset app still nothing..directiins had not trouble shooting listed ...too much time wasted on trying ..for 2 days now...geezzzzx
I've just deleted the app its ridiculous and I've read all the feed back from users but I haven't seen the developer of the app commenting or trying to help with these problems..... being hacked is a serious thing
works great, its so easy to setup. I bought the camera from GEEK app(Wish app) the store I purchased from made sure i had everything needed...
Works great on old phone. New phone has compatibility issues. Please update software
App worked fine till 6 months ago. Remote camera will not connect with data.

I love my cams but the cords aren't long enough for me to mount them up on the ceilings or in another room.

It does work,but you have to sign It in to your google account EVERY TIME you set the alarm AND you have to not only save the setting when you turn on the alarm but you have to leave the app running by hitting the home key NOT the back key or you will lose the connection and settings. Damned thing crashed 13 TIMES in half an hour today only way I've found to get it to even think about behaving it's self is to restart the camera. Hope this helps.
