As a resident the app answers a lot of questions I might have in the moment about the city services, what and how to recycle, etc. Also great for reporting graffiti tags, potholes and the like.
Works great since mutt work schedule prevents me from being able to call issues in.

now it is ez now I know how to use thos app. it was not ez to use when i first xouple of times.
Very informative
This app is ok but not great. Recently it's developed this auro-zoom "feature" when you're looking at a map. It zooms in to about 5 feet over a reported item but you have to be quick with you pinching and dragging to actually move anywhere on the map.
I had to register with some company in Connecticut to report city issues. Forget it. Easier to call 311.

It's slow, back button doesn't always work as expected.
Update on 8/31 is a step backwards. Icon is no longer intuitive for users to identify what it is. New interface removed quick reports like parking and graffiti. Everything else is just a web page redirect. This is a regression of app functionality and easy of use. Nothing in app for snow emergency or removal.
I wait until I get home to report icy sidewalks because I don't want to freeze my fingers. Now every report has my address on it. I ALWAYS unchecked the box that says "use this address". What a badly written application
Why even bother
So much better than calling 311 & dealing with an operator! Only problem is I know where issue is but convincing app is the problem! It selects just odd addresses - never the obvious one
This app is great for reporting parking violations and pot holes, but I would love to see the ability to report other issues, like housing inspection violations

The idea of this app is great, but it its almost unusable because it crashes so often.
It's a great place to go to set up services you need. Very quick responses to questions.
