It appears that this app was created by freshman CS students. Its glitchy, it crashes. The main menu doesn't work. I certainly wouldn't use it if it wasn't required for tickets. Come on Minnesota, you can do better. Now that I've had a season to reflect This is BY FAR THE WORST APP IVE EVER BEEN FORCED TO USE. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY. If I had been involved in the creation of this app I would find a new profession.
Crashes often. Too many steps to get tickets. Have to have another app to transfer the ticket to to use it. The NCAA does a much better job with tickets fr the Frozen Four. It's gotten worse and I give it zerostars. Won't accept the password. Same password used for the Gophers ports website and that accepts it. Worst app I have ever used.
The UI design on this app was clearly done by a marketing person and not someone with any sense. If you use it to manage season tickets to a game you have to go many many layers deep to transfer your tickets out of this app into another one. Why even bother? This app is so buggy, slow and poorly designed I am embarrassed for every comp sci student past present and future at the u of m. Unfortunately you're stuck using this. Do you has given you no more options.
Nearly impossible to use for managing season tickets either the screen immediately goes back to home screen after selecting "manage tickets" or the app crashes. Worthless app the nobody would use if it was a requirement.
Crashes constantly. Can't download more than one ticket at a time. It's my only path into the game. Dislike everything about this plan and experience. Only thing worse is the concessions lines in the stadium....if I can get the app to work.
App crashes when trying to get my tickets. Don't make an app the only way to get your tickets if it can't function! On the primary website its not clear how to get your tickets without the app. I had to transfer my tickets to a friend who the copied them and sent back to me!
The new "manage tickets" stuff is a nightmare. Half the time it just says "can't load your data". When I can access my tickets, I pick "save to phone" which says they'll be available in Google Pay but nope, can't see them there. I can see the ones from the last game (under expired) but not tonight's game. Will I get in tonight? Should I even bother trying? Just give me the damn paper ones while you figure this out.
App crashes when trying to manage tickets. Tried clearing cache, tried clearing data, tried uninstall and reinstall. Guess we'll be stuck at the entrance to the tailgate lot in the morning!
The app worked great until recently, when it stopped working to get to tickets. Not much point to the app when you end up going to the mobile website for your tickets.
Terrible app, constantly crashes when trying to access my tickets. Needs a major stability overhaul
This app demands way too many permissions; 37 according to Exodus. There is no reason this app needs access to my flashlight for example. Such a big overreach makes me not trust this app.
Relatively easy to maneuver throughout the app, easy to read, and provides the info/story desired!
Can't get to my tickets for Saturday! The app crashes every time I try to manage my tickets.
Tried to watch live game and only link is an ad for pay per view wrestling. Same with tap on audio live game.
Can't access my ticket account anymore. App always crashes anytime I go to tickets.
Like the app but it will not allow me to back out of it. I have to close it to get out of the app. Not terrible just annoying.
Why do I have to click continue to get into your app? Why do my tickets not show if the app? Why is your app a second thought in your mind?

It is not working now.
This app never seems to work and crashes often! For season ticket holders it's a nightmare! This is the only place our tickets can be seen/found, but when trying to access them, the app crashes! To transfer tickets is hard and consists of quite a few steps! The U of M needs to get rid of the app and go back to paper tickets!
