App only works the first time I open it. Never loads any of the pages after the first time it is used. Have to keep reinstalling it is I want to use it. Very sad. Android OS. We
This app is HORRIBLE!!! I need to create an account to retrieve tickets I purchased through AXS and it won't accept the email address I used to purchase the tickets.
Installed app. Asked me to verify email by clicking link sent. Email never showed. And app suddenly closes and wont open. Do not have time for these issues with such an optional app. I wanted the app to follow the latest TW news and the 10% off concessions feature. I guess I'll just stop by the local bar/restaurants before I go to the games and give them my $ instead.
The ticket buying process can be scaled back. The visuals and stadium graphics lool nice but load time is an unnecessary pain. The worst part is that i don't believe there is an option to view tickets within sortable columns. Honestly, ive given up on buying tickets several times this year because of the fact that i can only view open seats within 1 section at a time. Its a major inconvience.
Always forced closes. It better be fixed by the 23rd because I can't get my tickets I bought without the app. CN you fix this please.
Won't let me log on to app w/o seeking admin help. Can log on to PC but can't access tickets that way.
This app is still a work in progress. When I bring up the code to enter the stadium, it says no internet even though there is. Also the Court Cash link can be iffy. Twice I've had to go to guest relations to have incorrect amounts added back on because the wrong amount was deducted or the season ticket holder discount didn't take. Also the 'Manage My Tickets' area is junk. If I need to transfer or sell tickets I need to go the the original FlashSeats app, or website, to get it done. Also I get a No Internet message in the Manage My Tickets link.
Ordered tickets & created account, but won't let me log in to get them :( I used my credit card and got the Timberwolves confirmation email after ordering on the website but neither the Timberwolves app nor the Flash Seats (terrible) app will let me log in. I seriously hope swiping my credit card at the door will get me in. This was supposed to be fun. 😢
Impossible to sell tickets on here, it gives me an error message every time.
Can't get into app as they want to confirm my email and that never works for me as I have a high spam filter and their code always arrives after the expiration time!
Terrible! can I rate in the negative somehow?? The NBA draft happened last night and there isn't even an updated article. Wow whoever runs this should start looking for a different job/profession.
the roster still has saric, Gibson, toliver and more that are not even on the roster anymore. Our first round pick is not on the roster. Our great offseasons pick ups are not even on the roster. great updates and very useful app.........
Buying and selling tickets are a disaster. A list function would solve so many issues, but that would be too easy, right?
Not well optimized. Takes forever to load up the app, and it doesn't refresh on it's own.
App almost never reflects tickets transferred in or out. I have to uninstall and reinstall repeatedly.
It will not allow me to access my account or tickets. Please fix cause this is trash.

Forced to download to get into a game to get my tickets. App is slow and inconvenient. Poor customer experince. Last game I attend.
It's a joke you have to download this app to get e-ticket for the games, and then just end up with countless notifications.
Too many notifications with no ability to turn them off. Miserable.
it keep saying install update and it wont let me install so i deleted the app and redownloaded it hoping the update would come with it but it didn't
Crashes constantly... I guess that's an appropriate match to the team.
Cannot stream the radio broadcast without the app completely shutting down on me.

Obnoxious push notifications enabled by default, no settings within the app itself to disable.
I tried multiple times to create an account JUST to obtain my ticket purchase. The app will not allow me even after multiple attempts it continues to tell me "Oops! Something went wrong." Tried to click forgot password since it's powered by AXS and I have an account with them too and say the same thing. AXS app does the same thing. This is complete and utter BS when these tickets could have been sent through email.
