The app takes too long to open both on my android phone and tablet. My tablet was struggling to open the app, but then I figured there was an update pending for which there was no notification on screen even when I was trying to open the app. Generally apps at least open but then they throw a pop-up or notification that an update is available. I got 2 year subscription of Mint for the content, but weird how your app can be so pathetic. With such good content and branding, pl improve your app!

Live Mint is always live. The financial paper is growing steadily, looking at business in a different angle from their formidable competitor. Their Longe is unmissable, with feature writing reminding one of the old Illustrated Weekly of India. The only problem, not relating to paper but with their technical inefficiency. Often the App hangs or refusing to open. This nullifies all their plus points.

I am being charged close to 400 per month and I have to struggle for basic features like scrolling? The app gets stuck while scrolling and that ruins the experience. I have to open the app twice just to get through. This isn't a bug but a blunder from the backend team. Make a simpler app. The newspaper mode is just a pdf reader, I wonder how one can make it so user unfriendly.

Edit: nowadays the notification doesn't disappeared even after clicking on it. No matter how much you try. The earlier issue (bracketed) seems to be resolved now. (If you click on the notifications, it just goes to the homepage. Doesn't open the specific story. Poor experience.)

Dear Team Mint, I am a subscribered user of your app. Recently I noticed, you have not showing the Sensex and Nifty tracking in the app, in the top section, which you used to show earlier. Why did you remove this feature. It was an onestop place for me and many of us to track what's the market status now! I miss this feature. If possible, please add the feature back! Thanks

Too many tracking attempts. Most of the articles are premium and require subscription. Also mand ads. I have subscribed to the newspaper, but that does not allow me to read the digital version. That requires another subscription. My privacy tracker reports more than 300 tracking attempts daily.

Love this app so much. One suggestion: Can you guys make the opening splash screen black instead of orange in dark mode, it bombards my eyes during night time when my screen turns orange. Also can you make "today's paper" section in mint app just like WSJ, with just the articles page wide instead of the whole paper which doesn't properly work on phone.

It's an absolute shocker of an app. I don't know how do they get the courage to ask for 2000 bucks for a premium on such a pathetic app. First, its buggy. You cant read 3 articles in sequence and even after sending a video proof of the bug, they haven't fixed it in over a year. Second, they will show you ads even on premium "minimum ads". You really need some lessons on premiumization. Content - I think the content is horrible and you get better value from Money control pro for 1/3rd money. Bye.

I purchased a subscription to just read news without any distraction. But everytime i open the app, i get the "get notifications on WhatsApp" popup. My emails are bombarded with other available plans, when i already have a subscription. Will think twice before renewing this.

The content is good and as expected. Mint's headlines and notifications are Buzzfeed type click baiting. E.g. "This state is going to have the hottest temperatures" or "This billionaire investor is facing securities fraud" implying Click to find out which one. This reflects of poor quality editorial team. Another gripe is that it wants me to give my phone number and enable WhatsApp notifications every time I open app. There is no way to turn it off. I DON'T WANT WHATSAPP NOTIFICATIONS.

Great app but I got 1 issue. I saved many articles but when I'm trying to find them I can't. Somehow I found a "my reads" section and that too only has 10 saved ones. Where are the rest? Why aren't they even at a place that's easily reachable? If I can't find them there's no use of this feature. Only then I can give a 5 star rating.

I really do not know why audio sound should not get muted when I switch on HD. It is disgusting i need to mute audio sound each time. Secondly the App is not friendly either. Really do not know how to save articles. They need to enrich further

This feed format is the best. The only issue is you need to scroll a lot for the sections you like. The app has started crashing a lot. Not worth paying subscription.

First experience with mint. I was expecting notification or link from mint for loging new subscription bought today, after I fully paid 2 years subscription via cred. Still I am not sure that mint app has registered me as fully paid 2 years subscription member or not. No confirmation from mint on receipt of subscription payment or given subscription for 2 years. Respect and properly guide your subscribers.

very good content....but cost of yearly subscription is very high..Instead you can lower the prices and generate more revenue volume wise.Less price...more users!

I have subscribed to the Half Yearly plan. The articles are good and well researched. However bugs abound and I still see ads. Today I am unable to access any Premium articles. Being redirected to the subscription page again. Have contacted support for assistance. No response so far

UI is disgusting and somehow manages to discourage continuous reading. It is very badly designed. I am subscribed to annual plan and yet I see ads. Reading a e-newspaper is very difficult and the livemint discourages you to use the same service on desktop which has its own problems.

Update:e-paper download works fine now. Cannot download the daily e-paper edition. Was working in earlier versions. Please fix this on priority.

The app is good with room for improvement. You guys should include clipboard copy feature in app , also allowing the use dictionary .

Bombardment of notifications. Highly irritating interface and they can do anything to sell the membership.

Poor user experience. Sometimes the article doesn't scroll down and the app becomes unresponsive

Getting lot of ads in the present version of app. Please let me know what can be done. Don't expect ads after subscribing.

Since latest updates, we are receiving duplicate notifications for same news. Kindly look into this.

Good articles, usuly well researched and objective. No apparent political affiliations unlike most of print and digital media.

Please provide copy and translate system for words Bcz sometimes some words is not known to us...it will be very helpful.

1)Easy and simple language. 2)No irrelevant stuff, topics are explained to the point.

Always crashes and stuck when scrolling for news or changing option

Premium taken. Had no option. Keeps bombarding with buy now. Buy now ads. Most of the good stuff will be missed if you do not. Not sure if 15 days are free. Also There's is an option where it promised to read text. This has 3 issues. 1. It does not read fast enough. I can read faster than the app. Also if you stop or pause in between a large story it starts from the beginning again. 2. We cannot control the speed of reading 1.5x or 2x. 3. It doesn't work when screen is 🔒 locked.

The content and reporting is of very high quality. The App is good too. My main gripe is with the video Ads, they just appear without warning, occupy the whole screen and start playing at loud volume, and you can't close it until 5 seconds. Imagine you are reading news when family members are asleep, or even in a quiet public place, and the ad suddenly pops up. To me this is a deal breaker. Update: Things have gotten worse. The App now randomly opens up Play Store. I'm uninstalling. Bye bye

Latest news tab not appearing on app. Home page show random articles which are even couple of days old.
