Mio GO

I tried using this with Mio fuse. That hardware is an excellent product for it's generation. But the app support is very poor. To the developer. Please configure Fuse to be associated with Google fit. At least that way I would be able to use the tracker. Thanks.

I don't know what they have done. My phone will detect the Bluetooth for the Mio however it will reject if I try to connect. The connection needs to be made via the app. However the Mio app is not finding the watch??? I'm already sick of this. Mio sort yourself out and fast.

This app is not user friendly and not stable too. It takes lots of effort to synchronise. Extremely difficult to clear device memory.

Garbage garbage garbage!! Been trying to get this app to work for two years. The mio wristband works great at orange theory but I could never get it to work with this app. Thought it would be good for my road bike training . But I was wrong. Zero star rating. Minus ten star rating.

since the updates I don't see my bpm totals on time and distance and elevation. time to switch to another brand I guess..fuse workout does not display anymore. Xd

When it works it's very useful. Have used over a number of years and I give up on it at times when it becomes flakey, but then it becomes good again after a while and I enjoy it again! Keep up the updates!

I already have an account with this app but it won't let me use my email, it keeps saying "please use correct email." I have already verified and everything.

Sleep and excersise data not getting synced. Is this product under support or you guys just ignoring. Please let us know the clear status...

does not sync workouts or sleep, only steps to the app, this started happening after updating the Mio Fuse to the latest Firmware version.

Such a great watch and what a f#@kall app.... Sorry to use such foul language but you are degrading your app. Previously it was the best app and now the updated version has screwed everything. I am surprised that in spite of So much bad reviews you are not working on it... Plz do something before your watch stops being sold.

i hate apps that force you to use a email to use there product. And the crappy app keeps telling me the email is invalid. I wont buy any more of your garbage again.

Sync fails. Have tried reinstalling the app and rebooting phone without success (Samsung Note 9).

No update for 2 years, and cannot sync between 2 phones or 2 different Mio watches.

Why is the app not being updated for so long despite the latest version having the major sync issue?

it doesn't pair with my Samsung S7 edge says pairing rejected by Mio global link. I was so exited to use it 😠

It has now been 2 weeks since this app has actually downloaded any of my workout or sleep data.

compared to ios app, this one on galaxy j7 can't even show device in sync list.

Bluetooth connection and updating information from Mid Fuse is very faulty.

broken sync on the app and fuse not much in the way of help

This app his horrible the sync fails every time. I guess Mio don't care since they have millions of people buying their product.

Does not set settings on my Mio Fuse. iOS version does it properly.
