This is the worst experience I have ever had. You cannot download videos from this app. I subscribed for monthly cloud storage, but all of a sudden, it doesn't work anymore after debiting me. I did a year one of $29.99 and after one month the cloud disappeared from the app. Seriously this is very frustrating. I had an incident at my home and wanted to download the videos, but corrupted files kept showing in my gallery instead of the video itself. It's really annoying. I want my money back!!

This is by far the crappiest camera out there. Im sitting right next to my phone and router with camera and it still wont connect. Camera says "configuration successful" but there are no devices added on the account. Says its found one but its unable to connect. It just keeps taking me in circle. Video quality is pretty good BUT its very very delayed, so is the audio. I've had this camera for about and hour now and i hate it!

App is complete trash. Trying to set up camera and it isn't compatible with the internet service I have. Tried to reach out to the company via the app and it wouldn't let me send anything through bc it stated I needed to insert my email after i had already had it filled out. Expensive cameras and not happy with the product or app!

Good for viewing camera in very good quality video, a lot of the problems listed in the reviews are hardware based problems like motion detection and SD storage format errors. Not tryed the cloud storage myself. Personally I use this software with a £18 camera from Amazon so I really don't expect to much from it, if you need 100% detection accuracy, flawless clip downloading and notifications you would probably need to spend a bit more money and purchased a Ring camera or something simular.

The website doesn't work. I just bought two cameras, downloaded the app, and I can't even sign up. It says put in a nickname, and email, then a password. I do that hit the sign up button and it says device name cannot be empty. I can't even sign up for the things so how am I supposed to use the cameras?

Terrible. I was able to install 2 cameras but the second 2 wouldn't connect. I was also going to try out a month of cloud service and the app wanted my a password. I tried PayPal and Google Pay. Take a hike. You're not getting my password.

I have a C6 Lefun camera, been using it for a while and this app was working fine. I stopped using the camera for almost 2 years and I kept it stored. I recently returned back to use the camera with the app, and now the speaker doesn't work anymore, and the motion detection also doesn't work. I checked the camera for hardware malfunction but it's fine, I wonder if the updated version of the software is incompatible with C6?

Poor functionality. You put and SD card in and its fine until it decides not to let you have access via the app, the manufacturer tells you to have cloud storage but I don't want to pay for storage in the cloud when I have an SD card Mine it mounted in the eaves of the house so is 3 floors off the ground hardly easy to get to to remove the SD cars. It continually loses contact with the camera even though the camera is functioning fine. Overall very disappointed in the software.

Cannot create an account! I fill in the provided fields and it says user name field cannot be blank. IT IS NOT A FIELD IN THE REGISTRATION PAGE. I have to use this app for my tethys smart cam. How can you use the smart cam,when you cant use the bloody app? Fix it. Yes i turned it off and back on, even downloaded it 3 times.

This is the worst app I have ever tried to use. Sign up for account, say it's registered but signing in says my password word isn't correct. Tried to reset and it still doesn't work. Can't even get on the app to set up the camera. Will be sending this camera back and try a different 1.

It's so ridiculous that if I watch one of the videos from the SD card, and then immediately want to play it one more time, it uploads the data again from the SD card and again down into your phone. Doesn't this app have even the most basic function for keeping a cache of something that you're doing at the moment? Somebody on this development team does not have a clue.

The cameras constantly shut off at random and the SD cards are constantly being booted. It's as if I don't have one inserted when there is. It deletes all the video off the SD card when it does this too. I have to restart the camera constantly. They are way more trouble than they're worth.

2 of my 3 cameras think the day ends at 1030AM as that is the last video of the day when using the calendar to go back in time. The entire say is on the SD card because if I scroll back from current time I can see the videos. All worked great until the last 2 updates.

Completely non functioning. After update videos no longer load, they just disappeare. Useless at this point.

No support. Constantly disconnecting. Have been on a reset password loop for over one hour. Reset password page not encrypted

Garbage. Cameras constantly disconnect. Somehow you can get better access through 4G than through WiFi. Good luck watching the SD card videos because half of the time it says they're disconnected.

I LIKE THIS SYSTEM, BUT I HAD TO UPDATE MY ROUTER/WIFI TO A 5GHZ WIFI AND MY CAMERA DOES NOT CONNCET. I AM HOPING I CAN GET A REFUND . I JUST RENEWED FOR 2 YEARS RIGHT BEFORE I HAD TO UPGRADE. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM SOME ONE SOON

Works great, reasonable price for cloud service if you don't want to buy an SD card,, their Windows app works fine, and great customer service. UPDATE: I'm unable to renew this month, where it keeps saying It's already been purchased when I try again, it's still not working. What's going on?

Was totally fine until this week. All of a sudden the camera has no picture and keeps disconnecting from the app. When you tap on it it is just black. I have removed, reset and added again and again and it will go black within hours.

Downloaded playback is sped up. I've contacted the developer many times and they have never addressed or corrected the issue. Additionally, the app has not offered updates for the Galaxy S8 plus since August.

Well the cameras themselves are good.. but the app is garbage.. notifications are never consistent. I reset cameras and they may or may not give notifications... now I have emailed support and never heard back... so customer service is not great ether. If I can find a different app I'd try...

this app has been fairly stable for the last year but today i had to reset the connection with the phone and altho it is working again. the computer programs for mipc on both lap tops have stopped working. program opens to a white screen. others are complaining about this today too. .

It's has good video, the sound is good. Hook up was a little bit rough, it told me that I had to switch from 5g to 2g, but it still connected, so that was good .. The only problem that I have is the could storage, I already have an icloud account but there is absolutely no way to connect to it. You have to buy it on the app and that's crazy. When you go to the website it's a different language and it's of no help.

Camera and sound are good. The app is terrible. It skips while watching and most of the time it shows as offline or won't connect.

Please upgrade the software to improve playback function. The app is unable to play recorded video smoothly also the downloaded videos are not playable in pc, its playback speed or quality is only 20% in comparison of xiaomi mi 360 camera which I am using since approx 3 years.

Been using a long time but now for some reason when I view any videos that have been saved or diwnloaded the video plays like twice the speed when the audio sounds normal.
