Hate it because my hearing aid is three or four years old and one has gotten lost I can't just buy one to coordinate with the other have to start all over which I can't afford. Very frustrating that Miracle-Ear can't give better product safety securely than that

I have spent over 4 grand on this pair of hearing aids and I cannot use the mebluconnect because I have to purchase additional components to use Bluetooth technology when it can easily be a part of the hearing aids. Excessively huge profits is one thing but greed...c'mon Miracle Ear how much more do you want to rip off hard working folks who want to fit into society (unfortunately my health insurance covers squat)

This app only works with the mini blu connect remote, which costs an additional $550. If Miracle Ear truly wanted to be the best, they would produce a hearing aid that could connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Of course, they wouldn't sell many expensive remote controls that way. EDIT Miracle ear store just called and said that I will be one of the first to get their new instrument that will be controlled from my smart phone. Yes, it's $300 more , but the pen remote was $150, so I'm halfway there!
