MIRIAM : The Escape

The game is simple with cool level designs. It has fun challenges, few levels feel impossible but after few tries it's achievable but tests your patience a lot. I have completed the game and I can tell it was a good experience. The game does have some issues with the controls but if you adapt to it and clear levels it's a reward of it's own. Go ahead, give it a try.

Was having fun with it. The controls sometimes respond to the wrong side you would expect. If you are jumping around in very tight spots this can cost you a life. This wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to watch so many ads all the time. Sometimes in more difficult parts of levels where you have to explore and inevitably die, I end up watching more ads then playing. There goes the relaxing... Very annoying

The game is a lot of fun. However it is buggy: sometimes when you tap something on the screen it kicks you out to the main menu, and other times you exit a stage to play another and it just won't play any level you have to force close it. And don't market it as multiple ending dev, you just click on some icons in between levels to determine the ending.. your actual gameplay has nothing to do with the endings.

Good game, not that puzzle-ly but definitely challenging. Yes it's not a puzzle, there was only one level where I was like "what the heck do I do?". Challenging especially on the controls, it's just bad. The thing is also unadjustable, can't make her walk slower, and can't make her jump lower. This game will test your dedication, patience (and masochism).

It's a really good game, although am stuck on a level for so long. Nevertheless, great game. However, I'll like to point out that the load scene systems have an issue, like, when you exit the gameplay and back to the main menu and level select, I can't actually start another level, the click won't respond. I've got to restart the game.

the gameplay is nice, the controls are kinda hard to get but I was able to learn fast, the main problem was that the game glitches sometimes, plus the ads seemed to be too long to load, to anyone who wants to get this game, if you wanna skip the ads, I suggest that you exit the game first, even though the game is somewhat almost impossible, and it lacks story, I still loves the game, hope you guys would make a sequel to it

It's okay but mind numbing after a bit. It's just not my thing! It is challenging but it's just kind of boring. The controls are useable but need tweaked! The action and jump should be switched and the left and right a bit closer together and further to the left for tablet use! Better yet let the player customize where & how they want them!

Apart from being a brain-stimulating game, MIRIAM somehow evokes mixed sentiments of loneliness and woe. The player will find himself or herself alone in a gloomy chasm. The character displays a sense of aloofness, highlighted by the lack of background. The enigmatic character is portrayed as a silhouette, making a stark contrast to the lamps which light up parts of the scene. Graphics wise, there isn't much to say, simplistic in a nice way. This game is one of the few that are really good.

edit: Ever since the newest update, the game crashes on boot. I will change my rating to 1 star until this is fixed. My old rating is this: I love this game. I admit that like other reviewers I had problems figuring out the controls, because there's neither a tutorial nor a help menu on those, but the game itself has a beautifully dark and creepy atmosphere that I found captivating.

Developer, fix the stage 3-1 when u jump on the second box, Miriam can't hop on it fix this thing I love the game just like limbo. For some people who don't know the controls : 1. On the left screen, swipe to move left and right. 2. To jump, press the J button. 3. To interact, press the A button. 4. Some things can be moved left or right.

I came across this game a few times before.. but never downloaded it just because of users reviews about bad controls. This time I gave it a try. I didn't find any problem with controls. May be they are not the best, but they are good enough to play. Don't know why people just want to complain for everything! Gameplay was good.. not too hard but not so easy. Graphics were good. Overall great timepass game. Thank you developers..!

Love everything about the game except for the touchscreen joystick, multiple times I've put my finger slightly off and walked right off an edge. The joystick should be one that goes to your finger so your finger is always center of it when placed. Making sure you place your finger just right is a task the player shouldn't have to do.

Its a good game, interesting graphics, cool levels and sometimes not to hard puzzles Aswell. But at the last level of the game (that is 4-6) destiny i think, the gravitation part is kinda impossible for me to pass. As I don't get enough boost to jump from the ground to another block. No matter what I try I just can't. Sometimes at the start of the level we get boosted super high, but fro the ground we don't have enough boost to jump on a block. And I can't do other ways (maybe Im noob ;w;)

Poor handling, lazy sound design and a visual rip-off of Limbo take away from the innovative gameplay elements. Disproportionately fast movement of the character comes after a lag. The jump responsiveness is not the same as the movement controls. Needs a consistent design language, such as texture of the edges, character and special elements. Simple, rewarding, relevant mood creating sound, consistently responsive controls would improve this game which has potential of being captivating.

For a Limbo rip-off it's still pretty fun and creative, if glitchy. I'm pretty sure 4-6 is broken because jumping isn't consistent with how high you can jump, which is frustrating since I'm so close to finishing the game but the last level is impossible with the glitch.

Well accomplished game, nice graphics and intuitive controls. Love that there are no tutorials, you go right into the game and start experiencing, learning and interpretting what's going on. Controls are easy to figure out and do not disrupt visuals.

Controls are bad,but bearable. my problem with this game is that it's bugged. after I go through the door in stage 1,I see an ad,and after that,nothing. Nothing happens. I just get a grey screen and for some reason I can still move the character around and press the spots where the buttons were,but I can't see the character or the buttons.

Good graphics and dark gloomy atmospheric feel but the major flaw is the controls. Tell her to go one way, she runs in the opposite direction and dies, which is incredibly annoying. This is then inevitably followed by an ad. Improve the shoddy controls and it could be a great game. until then its uninstalled. Sorry.

In the pictures, it may look promising, but actually it's not. Everything is just too quiet, the graphics are not good, and it's a Limbo rip off. But here are some tips: If you'r trying to make a Limbo-like game, then you need sounds. Limbo gives you the feeling, that you are in a forest. Like you can hear anything, what you would hear in a forest. In this game, you don't even know where you are. There are some floating platforms, pipes that crush your bones etc. It doesn't have atmosphere.

The game was incredibly good! As mentioned there were 3 endings, and I went to a sad one. But the overall graphics and the flow of the game was good. The controllers were working just fine. There are just some instances that it's a bit difficult to swipe the left and right.

its really a lovely game...very challenging game.....the graphics and the sounds were excellent....the concept of the game was pretty awesome.... talking about the colour ... white n black background make the game look incredible...😍😍😍 .But i think still some levels should be there to give the game a perfect ending......

Normally, I like to play such games, but things are a little different here. Firstly, the joystick control is extremely difficult,Please make the jumping job easier.Secondly, the control is already difficult in the difficult map, so we must have a little more life or something like money in the game that helps us to get life.We already watch ads after each level, I don't understand why you didn't choose to use something like this instead of advertising for the heart.anyway, have a nice day

my brother introduced this game to me and i really liked it. i was playing it on his phone, it works perfectly fine. but when i tried downloading it on my own phone i can't even get past "tap to start." the game "crashes" and closes on its own. it even leaves a note saying "miriam has stopped working." i checked everything but it's always the same. i really like the game but im giving it 1 star for now because of this bug. will change it to 4/5 starts once fixed. pls look into this problem.

TERRIBLE. I'd open the app and it would be at the part where it says "push to start" and I'd tap the screen and it'd exit me out of the game. My wifi was fine and I didn't have any other apps running, storage space is fine. I'm sure it would have been at least a little bit good of a game if it would ACTUALLY OPEN AND LET ME PLAY. I seen a bunch of other bad reviews about controls too. If you guys are going to put a game out there it should at least work right.

don't believe the bad reviews of this game it is a good game i didn't give it 5 stars solely because of the age old problem of adverts after every level i for one would like to buy the premium version where i can get rid of the adverts i have tried but for some reason i can't find the option to buy or they don't allow people to purchase the adverts free version. but. so could someone confirm or deny the option to buy advert free version thanks guys
